Sorry if there's already a thread about this.

Does anyone know of a way to fix Full Tilt's focus stealing problem? Like when you try to write a note but the focus keeps shifting around. I'm tired of putting up with this

Stars is worse. Atleast when FTP steals focus you can keep typing where ever you were typing. On Stars I end up typing in the chat box. After a few times my chat box looks like

what do you mean you can just keep typing? for me when it steals focus the type doesn't go anywhere

Do you run PAH? Try disabling it and see if the problem goes away. Too me forever to figure this out.

Yeah I had this problem, made me mad, couldn't type bets in too. I used PAHUD at the time and when focus got taken I couldn't continue writing.

The only way to solve it that I found was to swap to RealtimeHUD or HoldemManagerHUD, then they don't steal focus like PAHUD does. I think it is to do with PAHUD because I did some 12 tabling without the HUD and focus remained where I was.

Before switching you could try TweakUI > General > Focus > Prevent Focus Stealing.

The PAHUD focus-stealing when typing bets issue went away when I switched to flicker-free drawing. Nothing I know of will change the focus stealing during note taking.

the focus only gets messed up for me when i play 5max tables... and yea, it super tilts me.

This is my experience too. Very very frustrating when you are trying to take notes after every interesting hand.

I turned on flicker free drawing this session and so far I have not had a problem with the focus shifting, not even during note taking. Thanks to whomever suggested that!

Sorry to drag this old thread up, but I HAD to thank KurtSF and hennerz. You gentlemen are now my heroes. I multi-table with PaHud and the issues that causes drive me insane. The bet amount changing before I click bet, tables constantly popping up, not being able to complete chat/notes, and on and on... Thank you for the suggestions; they will save me money.

I know I'm not the only one with this problem, others should heed their advice.
