As stated earlier in this thread when OP originally started it, I do feel that many people just " jump the gun " if they see a couple similar names/country when sitting at a table or playing a tourney....

That being said, I do find a lot of these names suspect and also again what are the odds that some of these people just all log in and play the same tourney?

I can see a little of the opinion that because its not for real money, its not a priority for FTP but really, why should they wait until some/all of them do attempt to venture into the cash games?

I think anything that makes players seem uncomfortable, as long as its within reason, has to be investigated and dealt with.

FTP, of all sites, should look into this and either post in this thread or at least inform those who have emailed about this issue, some sort of statement of where they stand on this.

Heaven knows that FTP doesnt need any more bad publicity. I am not saying its going to be " Stop the Presses!!! A free money tourney is infested with bots " but still, that doesnt look good and once people start to think of the other potential situations and ramifications which could occur, it just makes the site look bad at a time when they should be doing everything to make themselves look great!

No one seems to have realised that if these peope are doing the same on stars as well and link their accounts . Suddenly theres lots of $20 ringgame tickets working their way into the cash games.

Where do I get software, or find a site that will allow me to download the player rosters in a text file, so I don't have to search them one at a time?

Although Full Tilt IS shutting down the accounts of the people with more than one, they are being ALLOWED TO KEEP AN ACCOUNT.

People who have chosen to cheat are being rewarded by the site!!!

im currently a regular at 10$ 9 man sng and 0.25 cash tables gold member and reaching 4 tier soon , and i like to play some casual mtt and i find this lack of security , profissionalism and lack of respect for players deeply disturbing to a point that im gonna email them this post and if they dont give me an accurate response to the fact that they cant prevent or scan this or even act on time when we players that pay huge stupid scam monopoly rake even give them this information and altough i love the software and im making some profit i will close my ft and ps account if i dont get one justification for this bull****...

How do you know they are allowed to keep an account? I find this hard to believe.

I have kept a list of every player I have posted here and reported to Full Tilt.
I have also tagged them on the site with the colour purple.

Looking at the rosters for tournaments in the last 24 hours I see quite a few player still marked in purple.

These players I then cross checked with the list I had collected just to see if the original report was possible coincidences, or blatantly obvious multi-accounters.

The latter, unfortunately, is well represented.

Ew, kinda sick if this is true. I was banned a few years ago from FT (long story). They gave my brother a life ban when he tried to log on my laptop a few weeks ago, they said he had done nothing wrong but is receiving the ban because of his association to me. My brother was treated very badly by Full Tilt staff. We are both still allowed to play on PokerStars though. :S

I was under the impression they was just banning everyone... My bad lol.

Normally I wouldn't revive a thread that is this old, but I wanted to update you all:

First of all, Full Tilt DID allow all of the multi-account cheaters to keep one account as I see them on a regular basis.

And secondly, they are STILL doing nothing about the problem as indicated by the screen shot I took only MOMENTS AGO
(and yes, they both have the same country of origin, Croatia)

What ?. That is pretty sick. These are just the obvious multi-accounters. Imagine how many of non obvious multi-accounters are playing in these same tournaments. Unaceptable.

Is this a freeroll tourney or is this for real money OP? Although I am sympathetic if it's the former.

While I haven't read all this thread (not even close) I can't help but laugh a little at a couple of things. I mean how effective are these guys likely to be. Colluding in free-roll tournaments and not even bright enough to hide their names better. Master criminals clearly.

Still, if true it should be dealt with. I'm sure they will even if it takes time to resolve.
