A $2500 tv is 530k in points. Would a 10k WPT entry cost over 2 million in points then? How long would it take some of you high volume guys to accrue that many points?

Just got the chipset delivered yesterday, took just over 6 weeks to ship them to Canada (they sent the slowest method possible but also managed to pay $40 for shipping, pretty sure FEDEX woulda been the same price or cheaper). Not extremely happy with them, my case is also somewhat broken inside but it's minor. The quality of the actual product is pretty poor, it's worse than those 500 chip sets you get everywhere for like $40 these days. In future I guess I'll only use points to get brand name merch and not FTP-branded stuff.

a few people have complained about the chip set? i got mine back when they had a promotion and were giving them away free for making iron man...that were decent, they look different in the store than from the set i got, sucks if they downgraded the chips

Yeah I had a few extra FTP points and ordered the chip set last year.. I finally got them out 2 weeks ago (other than the 20 I have on my desk for shuffling while playing), and there is adhesive on about half of the chips. Tempted to just throw them all in the bathtub and let them soak for a day. I'm pretty sure the chip set represents FTP's business as a whole.

Good for you Zimmer. Look forward to hearing if it is worth the wait. Just wasted 20k on the ipod alarm clock for the wife. Drops me down to 155k or so after the iron man conversion. Hope it is worth the wait. Now we just need to be able to convert points into comcast HD $ to pay the bill.

Has anyone bought the 16GB iTouch? An early thread mentioned that it might be engraved with a Full Tilt Logo.

Since I want to sell the iTouch on ebay, this would not be a good thing.

Can anyone confirm/deny the engraving?

paulee, i emailed tilt support a week ago about this, it seems their ipods are no longer engraved, but the itouches ARE engraved, sux, figure it hurts the resell value a bit, not sure by how much though

agreed, my stap has already broke off after only 1 trip to vegas...adn the wheels wobble while you walk....Overall though I still recomend it, just don't expect a "ton"
