fwiw,
i ordered a jacket from there and it was the wrong size. i contacted them and they said just send it back and they would send me the right size.
the new one got there like 3 days after i talked to them and there was a deck of cards in the box as well.
granted the mess up was their mistake in my situation and not UPS's, but w/e. they were quick about sending out a new one. not sure if it's going to be the same sit. w/ a new monitor. i'm drunk
