Not sure if this has been done before. If so, just nuke it and accept my apologies.
FTP has been adding some new items lately and I thought it would be nice to have some reviews of items you've purchased/received/used so other people have a general idea of what they're getting themselves into when making a purchase.
To start, I just received the 9,400 point Page & Tuttle Microfiber Windshirt. I love it. So very comfortable. I got the Large, and it runs quite a bit bigger than I expected it to.
In the same order I got the 3,700 point black Spaghetti Tank Top for my fiance. She likes it better than the one I got her from Pokerstars because it has spandex in it and a built in bra.
My friend just ordered the 69,000 point Garmin StreetPilot GPS Unit. He gets lost a lot so it's pretty helpful he said. Apparently he hasn't had any problems with it, but it was a little tough to get started with it.
One item I'm wondering if anyone else has purchased is the 4,000 point Imago Urban Brief. I'm looking at picking it up, but I want to be able to take the FTP logo off it. Is it just a patch? Also, it says it's not designed to carry a laptop, but is it capable?

Anyway, I thought this thread might be helpful, so post your purchases and reviews here. It might be a good idea to have one for Pokerstars also. Most of the threads I've seen on Pokerstars items deal more with $$$ value, so this could be nice.

I think the bathrobe and slippers are awesome.

I've only ordered 2 items from the FTP store:

-24" Samsung 244T monitor: good stuff here. Great viewing angles, colors, size, etc.

-Robe: just ordered this a couple days ago, it hasn't arrived yet.

wow, after you use that could please write about it in here? i've always wanted to get that thing but have never heard anything about it. what would you be using it for/ what are the main uses for something like that?

I used to walk around all morning in my FTP robe when it was colder but now that it's heating up it's just like an indoor coat.

Only other item I've gotten (other than books) is the rolling duffel bag. Which I'll be testing out in <2 weeks when I fly to Vegas. Seems very sturdily constructed and nice though.

I dont think they have that laptop anymore, they replaced it with the one I posted. Only other laptop I see is the HP Compaq for 260,000.

I wish they had the damn 80 gig iPod.

i can confirm that the samsung 244T is an excellent purchase.

Never had much volume on FTP. Always got books and returned to Barnes and Noble for Store Credit. Maybe unethical, blah.

same here. i've gotten at least 6 books off there read them and took them to barnes & noble.

about that andy bloch dvd, was it good as in entertaining, or was it actually helpful/useful for making money?

doesn't barnes and noble ask you for receipts? or do you not need one for store credit?
