i agree 100%, but it does not change the fact that we play there because fulltilt allows us to. it is a dictatorship and we have no choice but to comply or take our business elsewhere. we have zero rights wrt online poker sites. ZERO

Unfortunately that is often close to the truth. It doesn't mean however, that anyone should accept it. Poker Rooms should be made to know the acceptable limits of behaviour and that there will be real consequences for those who violate basic principles of good customer relations.

Agreed 100%. But in the case of something like chip dumping heads up, that is clearly not cheating anyone including the poker room, I don't believe they have the authority to confiscate money unless it is a reapeat offender or of course, money that has obviously and proveably come from criminal activity. Why would it not suffice to simply close the account, return the money to it's origin, and warn against any future activity of the same kind?

I feel there are too many cases where poker rooms overstep their bounds in this regard and abuse their rightful duty to confiscate the funds of cheaters and redistribute those funds to the cheated, and instead confiscate the funds of players who may have broken the T&C's but are not doing anything illegal per se.

And FullTilt has my respect because they are among the rooms that to my knowledge never do this.

Sorry, I mean when they assume that authority it should not be given legitimacy by the community.

Arbitrary seizures without recourse are contrary to basic principles of freedom and free markets imo.

Then I scan and e-mail a copy of the front page of my brokerage/checking account. Doesn't show any account numbers that do them any good. Maybe it just showed that it covered a $100 deposit many times over. If they could verify my information from what I emailed them, then I'm more concerned about my account security that they could verify my checking account number.

Tried to use e-checks, still doesn't work.
Man what a long thread to just end up being a thinly veiled brag post about having hundreds of dollars in a bank account.
