What are the possible outcomes concerning the money of european players?

It's not shady to do what it takes to overcome ridiculous laws about transferring of funds and running a business where no one is being harmed.

Looks like they have lost their disaster recovery site (MIT)

They are finished.

Gone.

Nobody knows... if FT won't be able to get a new licence it won'te be able to operate again, and Europeans (and rest of the world) will be in the same boat as Americans... Money lost in limbo...

How are Americans like Durrrr, Phil Ivey, Di Dang, etc. reacting to Black Friday?
Are they playing on other websites under different screenames?

Ok question...

I withdrew $1K on Friday afternoon via bank transfer, instantly got an email saying 'processed' and then 'approved'. Has been a couple of working days. At what point is the money NOT with Full Tilt and in the process of getting in my bank? So in short, will I get this money in the next few days/weeks?

Any outcome is possible at this point imo ... I don't think we'll lose our money that "easily" - I assume there is legislation to prevent this, and if FTP did not meet some requirements regarding players' balances, they would not have had the license in the first place - but I also don't think we'll see any of it in the near future ... We'll just have to wait and see....

The future of FTP really depends on the outcome of the hearing ~1month from now ...

Who kept playing there anyways after BF when it was clear they wouldnt have enough money on hand to pay out everybody and when they didnt communicate ONE honest word to the players.

I had money there but withdrew right after BF and got everything back (although having to wait for a long time and getting laughed on by people like you when i tried to explain the dire straits FTP is facing).

Now we are at a point when the situation worsens, people who left money on the site despite all the bad news, start whining around mourning a possible money loss? Really? GTFO!!! If you were ignorant to your money in the first place (or you were too greedy wanting more fish for yourself) you deserve not ONE grain of pity.

Its your own fault as you had enough opportunities to get away from FTP!
