i heard the info second hand though, so if i get a 100% confirmation on that fact than i will come in here an re-post.

I got a check on Friday and deposited it. Won't know if it's cleared for a couple days.

I made mine a day prior to the whole shutdown and am also taking this stance.

I will get nothing until this whole mess is taken care of one way or another.

Some would say I will get nothing period, but I feel something will happen and players will see their funds. Its the timeline that I am not sure of sad to say.

I flew out to Vegas expecting funds esp the main seat money in the withdrawal the next few days the lic go suspended. FTP ensured me my withdrawal would be processed and prioritized over other withdrawals as I won my seat. Frid two days after I heard and checked my bank nothing and found out suspension. No WSOP and no real money to play or get through trip. I hope this sorts out. Would not have went if FTP did confirm my funds would be sent on Tuesday and they were not. Was in top 200 in Main before and first time in 3years did not play due to this. Obviously there are more severe situations.

What to do now that's the question.

In regards to FT checks that were already processed but haven't been cashed - so you're saying there's a chance?

How long is it taking you guys to receive your checks? I had two that were both processed and approved around June 18th. It is almost a month now and I have not received either check? Anybody?

u got it approved during the Canada Post strike

im still getting mail now that should have been delivered weeks ago so give it some time with all the backlog

previous to this mess, it took ~5-10 days to get the check after being approved

I ordered a computer game in mid June from a business in Kansas in the USA. I still haven't received the game. Either the game is lost or it is still on the way. It's been about a month now of waiting.

I posted the above on June 25th. I still don't have the money.

I just wanted to hear your opinions and feedback regarding our money and FTP. Do we wait it out until next week to see what happens or? I mean many of the American players that had large sums filed a class action suit against FTP.

I spoke to the DOJ and I guess u cannot make claim against the forfeiture of funds they are seeking. Today is the last day to make claims against the funds they seek to collect. However, if they have funds frozen which belonged to players like you and I would we not have the right to claim those prior to them collecting those as a fee for FTP being in violation of their gaming laws? If today is the last day its prob too late to do so. They Attorneys of the DOJ say we cannot file a claim, as the claim would be directly with FTP. All this legal nonsense is confusing.

Wait it out to see what happens in trial with the Alderney gaming commission or what? I just want to get my and everyone's funds back.

Ya I would just wait it out...nothing you can really do here. I have two withdrawal requests through instadebit that are "processing" since June 19. But since the site went down there is nothing we can do. There is some talk that a deal will be done by next week and hopefully FTP can open up again.

No. I had 4 checks processing post black-friday and 1 that cleared prior to the shutdown (but during the postal strike). The 4 checks were still processing as of the shutdown but the 1 that had cleared/was approved did arrive after the strike ended (which was post shutdown) and did clear at the bank. There has been no update on the other 4.
