Haven't seen either. Life busto and will be in some financial trouble by this time next month if funds don't go through. But at least now I'll have smiley faces to leave on my suicide note on FTP.

It's really ironic that we make like $200/hr and should have no semblance of financial stress, but we are all much more stressed than people making $20/hr cause it takes 2 months to get our ****ing money.

Still no money for me though my latest cashout was approved this morning. The first cleared on April 20. I now have $7500 floating around in cyberspace.

Well bright side if im right about whats going on monies should start hitting midnight tonight for some at least

in their e-mail to me FTP basically said this was an isolated incident occurring only with transfers that were requested around that time... (mine was processed on 16th)

Can anyone confirm this? i.e. has anyone requested one recently and gotten it in the usual time frame????

I requested a bank xfer withdrawal yesterday. It has not been approved yet. I'll keep this thread posted.

FTP Doug made an answer thread. He addressed this problem and confirmed it was due to a surge in requests due to Epassporte pulling out. Says things will be normal soon.

Lesson for everyone: My roll is always the same as my bank account. A lot of manuevering to make it happen, but right now I could care less if my transfers are delayed by a few weeks.

We’re sorry you’ve had delays with your bank transfer requests.

We found out last week that bank transfers processed since April 15th were delayed due to issues at our processor’s end. We immediately contacted our processor to find out what the issues were and if we could expedite the resolution, and were told at the end of last week that everything had been resolved.

However, earlier this week we found out that a further issue outside our control prevented the transfers from being sent as we expected, and it’s looking like the transfers will start processing again early next week.

Some of you have been emailed about the delays already, and there should be another email to everyone affected as soon as we have more specifics about when you can expect your funds. We’re hoping to have some concrete information for you by Monday.

We believe the issues experienced are related to the increased volume of transactions due to the recent changes with other processors.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we hope our bank transfer service will return to the reliable bank transfer service you were experiencing before.

This is what my feeling was. Guess What now it will be blamed on the banks. This was as of 5am eastern time 5/02.

Wow so much hate for someone just trying to calm you guys down throughout this whole thread. Yea it sucks that the withdrawals are held up but the same thing is happening on Stars too so all FTP hate is worthless. This is obv beyond their control and there is nothing they can do about it. I have faith that FTP is doing the best they can, with what they have, after being surprised by Epass leaving the market. Imagine a processor that processes say 1000 withdrawals a day. But Epass leaves the market and now they have to process 3000 withdrawals per day with the same amount of staff. Not very easy right?

Just imagine if you played 12 tables of poker and all of the sudden you had to play 36 with the same equipment and for the same amount of hours per day. Would you time out on any tables? Be sitting out and not notice it?

Cut them some slack. Emailing them constantly is not going to help the situation as you're obv going to get the same technical difficulties answer. You'll get your money unfortunately you're just going to have to be patient.

my transactions never show up til my bank opens...not midnight

I had two checks cashed about 15 days ago and still haven't received them. They were almost always wtihin 10 days before. Hopefully they'll come today

So my question is if they can't process ours. Will this be for all players on the site? Not just states player?

PS my bank is open now . Trying to be open about this have not sent 1 email to FT but same thing happend last month.

And i have slowed down playing. Use to play about 6 to 7 hrs a day.

I had a bank transfer approved on 4/15, it was credited into my bank account on 4/16

I made another withdrawal by bank transfer for the same amount which was approved 4/24 and I still haven't recieved the money as of the morning of 5/2.

Read entire thread. That is what everyone is saying.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the bank transfer option is only available to residents of the United States. So I guess you could say that only people in the US are having this problem.

It's not what everyone is saying. Many people with transactions approved 4/15 haven't received their money.

Don't see any. Just reread the thread. Closest I see is requested the 15th and approved the 16th. Which I think I've seen in another thread it was what was approved the 16th that they started having problems with.
