I had to email FT support twice about this because I never heard anything (shocking)
Got 2 different responses, but both said the same thing, no

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Unfortunately, we can not accept bank transfer withdrawals with a name
different than that on your Full Tilt Poker account.

Please note the following requirements for bank transfer withdrawals:

* Account Name: Your account name cannot exceed 22 characters and must
match your Full Tilt Poker account and bank account. Any difference will
cause a decline.
* Account Number: Your bank account number must include any leading
zeros. Please verify your account number with your bank.
* Bank Number: This is your 9-digit check number, which includes your 8
digit transit or routing number followed by a check digit as it appears
on your check.

Please note, you can only request one Bank Transfer withdrawal per 72
hour period, and each withdrawal must be at least $100 and cannot exceed
$2,500. If you would like to withdraw an amount outside these limits,
please create an account with one of our payment processors. Also, Bank
Transfer withdrawals are only available to checking accounts.
Code:
We sincerely apologize for the delay. We are currently receiving a large
number of emails and are responding to each one as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and will do the best we can to assist you.

Please note that if you would like to use our bank transfer withdrawal
option that the name on the bank account must match the name on your
Full Tilt Poker account. We will not accept any withdrawal requests
with name discrepancies. You will be able to use more than one account
as long as there are no name discrepancies.

We appreciate your business. If there's anything else we can assist you
with, please let us know.
The quality of the 2 responses is pretty huge... One explains it perfectly with a ton of details, the other just says no.

at least they responded though

So basically they are switching processors frequently since it's post UIGEA? It's not possible just to have one steady processor? I noticed FTP within the past months switched from a Cali to a NV bank for checks. Again I know nothing about this but I still don't understand why there are so many delays in general, but senjitsu's post was very helpful.

So the big ? is why do deposit only take 2 days to clear. Looks like this is blamed on epassporte. I went thru same thing last month. It took 14 business days.

Due to a technical issue outside of our control, your withdrawal may be delayed by up to 3-5 business days.
This is the 5th day.

Hm, solid argument.

Some questions - what negative impact would Doug coming in here and giving the company line have? Do you think it would make anyone feel better, even if it were just reiterating things we already know?

Also, do you think it's right for tilt support to totally ignore cashout emails, but to respond to others?

Just wondering. I'm a moron, so I'm slow.

So basically you want FTP support personnel to hold you and caress your back while telling you "Don't worry. Mommy's here. Everything is gonna be ok"?

They proactively sent a statement to all of us affected. Anything more than that is a waste of their time.

That's the date of your request, not the date of the email, but regardless, yes, other people have gotten that email and if you care to read the thread you can verify that for yourself.

It's nice that you got an email. Everyone affected did not. Again...would there be anything wrong with Doug easing people fears? Would it be a bad thing for any reason? Other than wasting three minutes of Doug's time, of course.

Also, you didn't really answer me about the email question. Sure, most 2+2ers know that "something" is going wrong, and there are delays. Do you think casual players are aware of that?

I just really don't understand your position at all. I realize that Tilt is not a bank, and doesn't have the responsibilities of a bank. That said, they're stewards of a huge amount of money. Expecting status updates on said money is, imo, not at all unrealistic.

QFMFT. If they have issues from time to time in the post-UIGEA world, I totally understand and can live with that (it was our crap-ass government that put everyone in this position in the first place). But I don't think it's too much to ask that FTP either send someone here to post in this thread and give us some vague update of what's happening, or else to send an e-mail to everyone who has requested a bank transfer since they've been having problems and update them on why it's taking longer (I'm sure they could put that email list together within a couple of minutes and write a bulk email to those clients), or at the VERY least respond to those of us who have taken the time to email them and ask what the hell is happening with our money.

Not an unreasonable request at all imo.

well done senjitsu

I'm in the 17th boat as well (and the 23rd, and today) and your explanation sounds perfectly reasonable to me. I've never waited this long, ever, for a cashout from a poker site, but at least I know why...

Yea, I feel a lot better after that explanation, and I expect a lot of people to get their money in the next ~3 days.

The funds were put back into my account immediatly after it was declined.

It looks like the times were about a 3 hour difference from the request to when they replied (pretty reasonable).
I'm gonna shoot em an email to see why it was declined. I'll let you guys know....

I think I saw somewhere that you can only do a bank transfer once every 72 hours, unlike what FTP's site says. This may have been put in to control the flood of requests.
