Like an idiot I did identical cashouts from tilt and stars within a day of each other. One of them hit my bank this morning. Is there any way to tell which site it came from. It won't settle until tomorow so I won't know which "front" company it claims to be from until then. For those who definitely know they got ftp credits, who did they say they came from. Does anyone know if PS are different?

They use the same processor but I think that PS cashouts are $.45 less than the cashout amount. Maybe that will help?

Its more ******* BS! The processor has handled 2 days of withdrawals in 2 days! PStars is up to the 27th, AND added Moneygram to help with new withdrawals, while FT cant even handle up to the 17th and goes in hiding. Ive supported FT through all this but I am sick of this piss poor s***.

going forward do u think its best to try and use the bank transfer method or request a check? R they even taking bank transfers anymore right now?
Full Tilt bank xfers Quote

No bank transfers until they catch up (expect 3 weeks). Check is the only option. Id like to give you info as how these are going but nobody knows at the moment so flip a coin and hope for the best. Though many have agreed that receiving a check is less timely then receiving a bank transfer right now. This Im sure will soon change now that they canceled the bank transfer option. But if you have $20,000 online you'll get it in under a week. Figure that one out for me.

On another note, expect another mass email from them next week. It will either be 1) another apology plus further delay, 2) handing out another bonus, or 3) providing an alternative method of withdrawals (like moneygram that PokerStars recently added)

Either way, Full Tilt is not withdrawing themselves from US customers. Because they took away the option to withdraw through Bank Transfer, this is helpful to them and I suggest they do so sadly enough. But because they did this, they want to keep the US customers and catch up on these withdrawals. And by then (2 or 3 weeks) they'll think of alternatives to keep us happy. They've had plenty of time to think of it, PokerStars is right on top of things, but Full Tilt needs better management in my opinion.

I just got a pretty good response from Michelle at Full Tilt.

Hello Zach,

We apologize for the delay in replying to you.

Recently we have been experiencing delays in regards to bank transfers
being processed to player's bank accounts. We were assured by our
provider that all delayed bank transfers were being processed and sent
out last Monday continuing through to last Friday until the delay was
cleared up.

This past Monday we were informed by our provider that it took longer
than expected to get the entire backlog out. They have now assured us
that the oldest bank transfers have started processing to player's bank
accounts. Transactions started processing this last Tuesday and will
continue on through this week and next, until all pending transactions
have been processed to the players bank accounts in the order in which
they were received.

You may have recently received an email stating that some bank transfers
will take up until May 23 to reach your bank account. We don't
anticipate it taking that long but this date was to factor in players
who initiated bank transfers within the last two weeks.

We sincerely apologize for the lengthy delay and we hope to have this
matter resolved very soon.

Regards,

Michele

I think that gives a little more insight and I'm happy with that response.

Sounds good and all but I'm a little miffed that I haven't received any email like this. I have to email them complaining about something in order to get information that everyone who has made a bank xfer withdrawal within the last 2 weeks should have received?

I mean w/e in the long run I guess I don't care but I just don't understand why they fail so hard at CS.
