As you are aware, we have been experiencing delays in regards to bank
transfers being processed to player's bank accounts. We were assured by
our provider that all delayed bank transfers were being processed and
sent out last Monday continuing through to last Friday until the delay
was cleared up.

This past Monday we were informed by our provider that it took longer
than expected to get the entire backlog out. They have now assured us
that the oldest bank transfers have started processing to player's bank
accounts. Transactions started processing this last Tuesday and will
continue on through this week and next, until all pending transactions
have been processed to the players bank accounts in the order in which
they were received.

You may have recently received an email stating that some bank transfers
will take up until May 23 to reach your bank account. We don't
anticipate it taking that long but this date was to factor in players
who initiated bank transfers within the last two weeks.

We sincerely apologize for the lengthy delay and we hope to have this
matter resolved very soon.

That being said, we apologize that this bonus is dissatisfying to you
and hope you realize that we sincerely value your patronage and in no
way meant to present this offer as tedious or inadequate.

As for your suggestions on in regards to possible improvements that Full
Tilt Poker can make, we certainly value your feedback and can assure you
that we are constantly working on ways to improve your poker experience.

WOW if people read the thread they'd see i never get replies from FT . So I was This is not the same as the mass one they sent . They answered my questions about the BS bonus, didnt solve it but atleast they aknowledged - although that still means nothing as they will never do anything better than that .

Its not that we dont read the post, its if we actually care if you get a reply or not.

I have read every post in this thread. I started reading it back in March, before the current problems. Many people posted the mass email with the May 23 date. I agree with you in regards to those but not for this one. People have been saying that FT was ignoring emails about cashouts. This is a response from FT in regards to a players concerns. They go into more detail about the process and answer the players concerns though I am sure not to his satisfaction.

im waiting on a echeck from 4/28 but im waiting from pstars it seems like you ftp players are getting fked because it seems like pstar players are getting theres way faster and i would agree thats bs its all bs

thats because tilt is a peice of ****. I got 1 cashout from the 17th im waiting on... another from the 23rd they delayed and a $600 one thats nowhere to be found.

Ive done a bit of posting in this thread since it started so I figured I would mention that I recieved my funds today. Original withdrawl was 4/15 and was reprocessed May 5th. Amount: $2500. Bank: B of A.

Even though I am happy that I recieved my funds finally, I would like to say that I was definitely treated very poorly by FTP. I was given many BS deadlines and promises in e-mails that were clearly just made up. I am a player who paid FTP $20,000 in rake last year and am on track to pay them more than that this year. I really am dissappointed that I would be treated like this. I have played FTP exclusively for the past 1.5 years but will likely start playing a bit on other sites so as to not have all my eggs in one basket.

Problem is there is no other sites for serious macrotabling US players really. If you're going to play on Stars at all you better play there full time or you're not going to get a decent amount of rakeback %.
