I had a premium bank wire accepted on 3-10-11. Still no info, limboland sucks.

I withdrawn the 23rd of April, it'll be a month in two days for a Bank Transfer, which should take like, two days? Clicking a couple of button?
They keep saying, sorry, it's delayed, we can't confirm a timefukinframe for your transaction. WHAT? I mean, seriously, how can you NOT EVEN KNOW?!

on tuesday I received email from black card support which was different than all those copypaste BS before...

Received a few hours ago from april 19. My home is in europe, i changed my address and cashed out, they changed the address back to my american one and locked it 2 days afterwards. I was about to send them my euro documents when to my surprise it came through.
