Has anyone who did a transfer last week got the money yet?

I finally got a response from FTP support as to why my last Bank Transfer withdrawal was declined:

Quote:
Hello X,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Recently our bank transfer withdrawals were changed from one per 24
hours to one per 72 hours not to exceed $2500. We have not yet updated
the wording in the cashier but that will be done soon. For that reason
we had to decline your withdrawal.

We apologize for any confusion or aggravation that this has caused.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please feel free to ask.

Regards,

Debbie

I am waiting to set up everything and will keep everyone updated on the process if you have interest.

I sure do miss the old days when it just got credited back to your bank account upon request within 2 business days.
You can do bank wire on FT?

also, i'm pretty sure stars is using the same processor which is making the backlog even worse, as they are limiting $2500 in withdraws per 72 hrs now also.

the approved email did say it may take 10 business days for the transfer to hit the account...

If you withdraw over 20k there isn't a problem apparently.

If I could just figure out how to scan documents via my damn printer i would be good to go!!

I solved your problem. You have to scan documents with a scanner not printer.

After a series of recent declines on money transfers from FTP I emailed support. The tell me it is one withdrawal per 72 hours, not 24 as the site says. See the below received email.

Quote:
Unfortunately, we were unable to approve your last Bank Transfer
Request
because there is a maximum of one Bank Transfer withdrawal within a
72-hour period, the minimum amount of which is $100, while the maximum
is $2,500.

Your withdrawal request has been voided and the funds have been
returned
to your Full Tilt account.

You can request another Bank Transfer 72 hours from the time of your
last successfully processed transfer.

We appreciate your play on our site and if there?s anything we can help

you with, please don't hesitate to ask.

Julie

I waited 12 business days after approval and it finally came. I would not worry if anyone hasn't waited atleast that long.

When I use echecks to deposit, the take the money from the bank account the next day, but for a withdraw by the same method, it takes like 2 weeks..lol

I posted the above a couple days ago. Here is an update I received from FullTilt this morning (April 24th) in my email...

Dear ShortStack03,

We are contacting you regarding your recent Bank Transfer withdrawal XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Due to a technical issue outside of our control, your withdrawal may be delayed by up to 3-5 business days.

The issue has since been resolved, and we expect all future bank transfer withdrawals will be processed within the usual 7-10 business day period.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this delay may have caused.

Sincerely,

Full Tilt Poker Support

Once again, I will update everyone if I find out anything new or the funds hit my bank account.
