My last withdrawal showed up in my account on Wednesday.

I looked at my bank statement today and there was a withdrawal and a reversal for the same amount on Thursday.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yes. My last one appeared twice, but then had one reversal. I believe sometimes the processor puts the amount twice, and then it is caught in proof (audit/review).

btw everything with FTP seems to be going smooth. Bank xfers arent taking more then 2 days for me...

So are these double credits in where one was taken back? I read a post in the ftp answers thread where a guy said he got credited twice and was mad because he had the second one (that was not his money) taken back.

Try to add some info or check your records guys.

EDIT: yep, that's the post. So, these were double credits then, correct?

I took three $950 withdraws out in late May, received all 3, and then got debited for a "reversal" I guess because they thought it was a duplicate? It's a pretty big deal since I need the money to pay for a WSOP buyin and they're requiring a copy of my bank statement that I won't receive until 6/26 (I need these fund before the 15th). **** this site =/

Couldn't you just go to the bank and get a printout of your latest transactions?

Thank you Jesse, now that it happened to your cashout you understand. With the whole June 1st thing going on it's not good to look and see a reveresal, was very scary stuff. Although if many had it happen I doubt they send the 50% I requested. Probably too much if many had the same problem.

Not sure, my bank closed today before I even woke up, so I'll find out Monday. Even still, the time crunch is going to be really freaking close. Word of advice I guess, withdraw for some random amount of cents so each transaction is clearly distinguishable.

Do you have online banking? I have had to send in a statement before, and I just took a screen shot of my online banking. Which showed the transactions and time period involved.

and if you go to the bank to get your recent activity, ask them to print it out on bank letter head, bc the site will want that.

Also possible however the last withdraw was 5/29 which seems like a relatively long period of time (the other 2 xfers took like 2 days)

Anyone else request on 6/2 ?

People already got theirs from 6/1, 6/3.

I thought when the processor is bad, it's like a chunk of date, like a few day period.

Odd.

assuming some of you guys are using the premium bank wire option?

I've used it in the past without problems but this morning it's not working for me. Option is still there but when I select it the account info window that pops up won't let me enter a withdrawl amount.

Does anyone have experience with Citizen's Bank in Philadelphia w/FTP? I would like to deposit and withdrawal via bank transfer, but I would -- of course -- like avoid my account being closed.

So ... if anyone has experience with CB and FTP, please either post here or PM me. Thanks.

I live in the Philadelphia area. Citizens was one of the banks I was thinking of opening an account at as a backup. Now I don't remember what exactly spooked me, probably something I read of heard from someone. Whatever it was, it was enough to make me not even consider them for anything gambling related. Sort of like TD bank used to do things from what I read that would make me hesitant for using them in relation to online gambling.

Requested $950 Friday, June 4; received today, June 7. Over the weekend, so it was really the next business day. I would recommend changing the amounts up a little so they won't assume they are duplicates.
