Sorry, nothing personal, your concerns are warranted. But please be fair and realize the reasons things are happening this way. FWIW, I've dealt with delays like this two or three times now over the years, and I have ALWAYS gotten ALL of my money within a month (with the exception of the NETeller fiasco). Sometimes the sites will even compensate the aggravation with extra money...maybe not enough, but at least they give something where they could give nothing...

I should have read this before withdrawing. I remember reading previously that premium bankwires were charging decent fees. Since I am not withdrawing much at a time I just went with a bank transfer even though there was some warning about bank transfers taking longer than usual.

Can you request a bank wire and transfer in the same day? i just requested a cashout via the transfer option but would like to get atleast a few hundred in the next week so i would like to make another withdrawal using the wire option. Is this possible?

What they CAN control is giving me my money back (plus an extra $100), and getting me a new legit check in 17 days, and bank xfer in 20. Hell we even got premium wire out of this BS, and the speed wafflecrushes all other options.

let me try this one more time...last month when a bunch of our bankxfers were delayed we arote to them asking why...they told us time after time that everything was fine and they were just backed up...and that they were on their way...they obviousloy knew the funds were delayed because they were SEIZED??? they are obviously gonna know that before p5's does...but they continued to give everyone the run around...letting us check and recheck our bak accounts everyday waiting for the money they knew was SEIZED...

Thats my point short bus....they find out the funds were seized...they tell us immediatly the funds were seized and that they are going to reimburse us and everything is gravy...we obviously understand there are bound to be problems which I originally stated...dont understand why you cant understand that but OK...

Maybe after you read a post you should read it over again and then let it marinate a few hours before you respond...your internal processor is obviously alittle outdated and you need to adjust

imo you should read through this, and the stars and wire and checks thread more carefully. Both sites have lied multiple times. Both sites failed to let their customers know whats going on. Both sites dragged their feet on echeck cashouts that they knew for a fact to have been siezed, some even requiring players to submit letters from their bank to "prove" the cashouts never got there.

Yes, i think they have the right to get cut a little slack about getting our cashouts to us in time given the circumstances. But implicit in that is them being honest with us about whats happening. Cooperation is a two way street.
