What's an average time for Full Tilt Bank transfers to take? It has been about a week and a half and no sign of the money, no responses from Full Tilt support. No big deal, has to be faster than a check, but just wondered what the average cashout time seemed to be these days.

Still wish we could get a (#*$(#*$ support phone number or at least live chat.

This seems to be about average although a few weeks ago when they were having problems both bank transfers and checks were taking 2-3 weeks longer than normal.

Some of them were delayed. Especially from the last two weeks. Be patient I'm sure it'll come soon.

But they say 15 business at the most so whatever. I'm hoping I get mine by the end of the week.

My last two bank transfer withdrawals have been delayed as well.. It's been 5 business days since the first one was approved.

The first 3 I did (earlier this month) went through very quickly, the next business day after they were approved.

Response from FT support 3/20 after 2 emails.
This was a echeck withdraw.

Unfortunately, a technical issue which has since been resolved may cause
your bank transfer withdrawal request for XXXXXX Transfer Number XXXXX to be slightly delayed.

Please note that the funds may not reach your bank account until March
28, 2008. If you do not receive the funds by that time, please reply to
this email and we'd be pleased to investigate further.
==================================================
Did hit my bank 3/23 should have been 3/19.
Hope this is not a ongoing problem.

9 hours ha! I'm on 5 days without a reply from either their cashier support or general support. 2 weeks and counting on the withdrawal. meh. I wouldn't even mind a long cashout time if they could get back to me in a reasonable time frame and tell me what day I should expect it. You'd think maybe those of us that raked tens of thousands of dollars a year could get a special support email or something.

9 hours is not bad for FTP support. I generally have been getting responses from them in about 24-30 hours. I've gotten my withdrawals from FTP in about 2-3 days after they get approved which takes about 24-48 hours.

When they were having issues with this cashout method they were telling people to expect their withdrawals to hit their account by around March 31 I believe. I would probably expect it sometime around then.

Mine was approved an the 13th and still nothing, with the thousands in rake i'vepaid them the could be at least prompt in their responses. If they havent even go to my email because the are scewing up lots of peoples account then they need to cut back on advertising and hire more staff

Mine finally are up to date today (one yesterday, one today, both had been delayed).

However, the option to withdrawal via Bank Transfer has disappeared! This kinda sucks, I liked this option over checks

I'm starting to be very disappointed with FTP this funds transfer option is just another standard f up for them. They cant get anything right the first time. I got my first transfer in a week, while everyone got theirs in 4 to 3 days, now my second transfer is also taking forever its been almost a week now. Now they removed the bank withdrawal option from the cashier. FU full tilt you put something up for two weeks and its works like **** so you take it off WTF?

This option has been available for a lot longer than two weeks. I've had it on my account since late November maybe early December. They have the program in beta for this very reason. If something goes wrong they want to know about it before the option is available to everyone. This is the very thing that Stars didn't do and they ended up with a lot of people waiting months for their money.

I give props to FTP on this one. When they did this update they seemed to have only taken this option away from a "group" of people. I think I was one of the first to get this option in the first place and I still have it even after the update. So maybe their processor got overloaded with the latest group that was allowed to have it. Would you rather they leave a flawed system up there that hasn't been proven to work with a large group of participants? Of course not. Withdraw by check until they get it fixed and release it to everyone.

xfers are much faster than checks. on four requests it's been an average of 3 business days.

Still have mine. Yes it is hard when you want your money. I think for all the usa players we did get use to quick withdraws before the UIGEA Law. Some days it hard to play wondering if you can get your money out. I hope this whole things ends soon. I did read some time ago sites have to keep moving things around.
