3/8 wire returned today

i emailed them asking what they suggest i do so i dont have to wait 3-4 weeks for my money to be in limbo again

will report back once i get generic useless response!

got my 1500 wire transferred back into my ftp acct today from 3/11. I am in the same boat as everyone else now though, I should i withdrawal? I still have the bank wire option available to me but am worried I won't get my money for weeks. Are they using a different proccessor now?

March 5th wire I requested hasn't hit my account and wasn't returned today, does that just mean mine was with a different processor than the other ones that are returned?

Also, do you get notified when your wire gets returned or does it just appear in your account?

Question 2, They send an email, then a second email comes from the Cashier.

this isn't worrisome at all, it gives me some hope that perhaps the next round will not be lost.

for those of you who are wondering why some people are getting their wires back in their accounts, my guess is that those are the people FTP are sure aren't ever getting the transfers in their bank accounts. FTP knows that if they refund you the money, and the processor finally puts it through, it's customers are not going to be cooperative in resolving things with them.

If they compensate me a reasonable amount (i'd definitely be happy with a 20% return) i'll be content with how they handled me.... and I've had real cash flow issues result from this, having to borrow money to pay credit card bills, living extra light, and making extra withdrawals that forced me to drop limits.

also, it would have taken a lot less than a 20% return to make me happy if they had handled this better from the start. It's amazing how a business like FTP can think people will be ok with vague explanations of where our money is. (and some people didn't get replies at all)

when handling a customer's money, always assume it's of vital importance to them, because it almost always is.

3/9 wire that I've been trying to get refunded so I could requests checks for like 2 weeks, got an email yesterday stating they had received information it had been processed and should hit my bank account early next week.

"We can confirm that our previous response was in relation to your Premium Bank
Wire request of $xxxx (Transaction Ix: xxxxxxxx), approved on March 9th. As
we have advised, unfortunately, there was a delay in treating the transaction,
but we have since confirmed that the funds have been transferred to your
specified bank account. We would estimate that the payment will be effected to
your bank account early next week. "

Ironically, my email also came from yevgeny.

Still waiting on a couple of checks I requested in the interim to arrive. Let's hope they don't bounce.

Still waiting on a xfer that was changed to a wire in Feb. Now they are asking me to email them my bank statements?? I assume this is because they can not track what has happened to my transfer and they want to verify that I have not received it?

Total garbage that I still have to keep digging out of all their bs.

I took a screenshot of my online banking stuff and I don't know if it will be sufficient.... better be cause this is such BS.

(waiting on 2-8 and 2-13 transfer converted to wire)

Though i'm starting to think that tilt does not have any idea which deposits have cleared either.... which I guess could be a good thing (for me)

Requested 3/8. Approved 3/10. Sent an email about 3/25 and was told to wait the FULL 15 business days. Of course that time came and went. Then got this:

This is almost ditto for me, except the part where you dropped stakes. I literally have been borrowing money from everywhere just to get by bc i had no idea when i withdrew 5k in february that i wouldnt see it by april

But look at this email i got when my funds were returned. Did anyone get same thing? They say my name doesn't match my FTP account info, which is absolutely, simply not true. I keep rechecking it looking for typos and there arent any. (not to mention I've cashed out many many times before with the same method...)
