just did a bank wire cashout request on 3/20/2011, they approved it the same day almost instantly, then it shows up on 3/23

I thought I'd chime in, I was real happy with how fast i received the funds.

just hit the 30 day mark...

after the first 7 business days I asked to have the wire cancelled and the amount returned to my ftp acct. they told me that wasn't possible. i told them if the opportunity arises at any point please do that immediately. it's now been another 18 or so business days. i asked them to tell me where my money was. they told me it was safe. i asked them if they could find it. they told me all the money is traceable once it leaves the site. i asked them to put a wire trace on my money and let me know where it is, i even offered to split any costs incurred by doing this. they didn't even address it in the next email.

the fact their status quo in handling situations like this is to force the customer to bear the burden of the wait is ridiculous.

the fact that their client specifically stated the length of wait for funds would be 5-7 business days and then it be at least 3x that long is ridiculous.

at this point, i could care less if it ends up in my bank account or my ftp account. i just want my money.

So I had an original bank transfer request on 2/7 that was instanly approved. It was turned into a wire after 15 days, and I still haven't gotten in. When I freaked out on support with like five e-mails they finally told me that I would receive it in the upcoming days, and also that my other withdrawl from march 13 was also approved and I should receive it by 3/24.

Nothing yet. This is absolute bull****. Why would they get my hopes up. The other thing is it takes about four days for them to respond to my e-mail. When I get my money, I'm pretty sure I'm done with full tilt poker either way. This has been handled absolutely terribly.

I have 3 premium bank wire withdraws, 2 from february and one from March 3 that I have not received...I got so pissed that I did a VIP wire transfer for the rest of my bankroll on 3/21...hopefully that works. Apparently black card doesnt help with cashouts

2/20 got returned 3 weeks later
3/9 is still floating in limbo
said **** it and requested a check on 3/22, keeping my fingers crossed
plan on requesting two more checks when 3/9 wire comes back

Also I've been emailing so much I actually had a black card support rep come across the tiniest bit snippy in his reply. Something about 'we've told you this before' in response to me saying 'where is my **** and why won't you tell me where my **** is, there's no excuse for expecting me to continue accepting we're working on it as a viable response, and you do realize you have competition for my business right?' I'm not a baller or anything, but I'll probably still pay ~45k in rake this year. That has to matter somehow.

The only guy I've had consistently NOT send me form responses is Ulrike. Probably the best BC support guy I've gotten emails from. He was not the snippy guy.

This is some bullsh*t and ive about had enough of ftp!!
I have 2 cash outs im waiting on from Feb 9th and Feb 13th.
I was told I will get it with in 15 business days.
After I didnt get it I was told I would get it on March 1st.
Than I was promised to get it on or around March 7th and still nothing.
On March 16th I was told it was reprocessed and I would get it with in 7 business days, and I actually believed them this time and today I get this....

completely put off by this entire situation. i don't know what to think. after reviewing my email correspondence with PokerStars support over the past 3-4 years I've noticed 2 instances where processing errors have caused delays. They have been much more helpful, and every time they have gone out of their way to put the money back into my account in an acceptable timeframe.

This is completely ridiculous in regards to any sort of standard. They way they are handling players payouts and refusal to give information on the whereabouts of said money is ridiculous. This is, in my opinion, on par with some of the Cereus things that have gone on since the superusers (i.e. not releasing all the hh's). I am not saying this is equivalent to getting superused. I am saying it is equivalent to a management that does not give a *** about their players and can't answer simple questions.

fwiw i've requested that they immediately credit my FTP account for the amount of my wire and wait out the processor delays themselves. then, in the event the wire does hit my bank account i've given them authority to pull the amount from my FTP account. if it bounces back then they've already covered it so no action would need to be taken.

but no, the standard business procedure is to make the customer wait. you realize we are all waiting because FTP is holding out as long as possible to see if the processors are bailing on them or not. if they bail then they'll refund the money. that's why, even though the claim my "funds are safe", they don't have any clue where they are when i request that information. what they should be saying is: "in the event these processors do bail we will eat the loss and refund you".

it's just a joke that we are forced to bear the burden of the wait when it's our money.
