Reading through this thread has gotten me a bit worried about withdrawing on FTP, anyone know if PS is this slow?

I have been playing well and tried to make a withdrawal. My account balance is now 3x the total of all my deposits combined.

I got an email the next day after requesting the withdrawal, saying that it was declined and they needed ID verification. I understood this and sent the requested documents via email the same day. Also during this time my account was locked and I can not play or access the site at all with that username.

A few days later I got an email saying the received the documents but needed a more current bank statement. I sent it the same night. It has now been 5 more days, my account is still locked and I have heard nothing. I have emailed both the support and cashier depts. I have received no reasoning behind the account suspension or the withdrawal issue.

Any advice on getting to actually speak with someone in customer support? Anyone else have similar issues?
this is standard when you are new -- they will always request information when you are new.

Do non-Americans, specifically Canadians, have the same trouble as Americans when it comes to cashing out on FTP? I'm thinking of just driving 40 minutes to Windsor, ON to open another bank account if it means I can cash out easily.

A couple people on here have said they still have it. I do not.. and sucks because I just did a bank wire yesterday.. I wish I knew they were going to do this, i would have chosen another option... Cause i'm guessing it will be 3 months at least now before I see my money..

2/8: Requested
2/9: Approved
2/16, 2/22: Email inquiring status
2/23: Converted to Wire (states should be there by 3/7)
3/7: NO ****** MONEY
3/8: NO ****** MONEY
3/10: NO...
3/17: NOTHING. Emails don't even get a dated response. They pretty much stopped making fake excuses and just gave us the indefinite "we're looking into it".

Wires are also not working since 3/15.

Its funny*. I've tried 4 withdrawals using 3 different withdrawal methods over the past 1.5 months and haven't received a dime... But I still have all methods available as options.

(*Not funny haha, but funny UGH WTF FTP!?!?)

Does anyone know if other sites are having this sort of trouble? Also, are FTPs customers outside the US having issues? If its only FTP/US ppl, then is there any easy way to setup a foreign bank account? Seems like it could be a solution these problems.

I'm done with Tilt. I'm waiting on over a months budget from them. I have only 2 mos of liquid living expenses saved right now. I need the money. I'm not going to let this get to a scary situation. I'm driving 30 miles to get the ICE card to deposit on PS even though the 90 man FT sng's are the most profitable option for me. If the ice doesnt work I will send PS cashier check via registered mail and just play FT till my deposit shows up in Stars. Once the transfers stopped working in a timely manner, I thought if I have to pay to get it speedy so be it. But this just sucks. I'm not going to stress about this anymore. PS is the way to go.

Today I emailed PS back and forth 4 times bout deposit options. All emails were responded within bout couple hours, one was responded to in 15 min. Emailed FT and very politely asked for status updates on my 2-20,2-24 transfers and 3-8 wire. Got no response.

Hello xxxxx,

Thank you for contacting us.

Regrettable we would not be able to refund your account or issue another withdrawal as the funds are currently in processing with our third party processor.

Unfortunately we have just made aware of a delay in the processing of your reprocessed Premium Bank Wire withdrawal.

**form letter about how they're working 24/7**

Regards,

Andrew

Im currently waiting on around 8k of premuim wires setting back as far as 2/16
what is the worst is that they continued to have me do them over and over saying everything would be fine, what kind of company steals that kind of money from people

You'll get your money eventually. This is still unacceptable tho. The is one easy solution to this problem: Don't play FT. I got the ICE card to deposit on PS and it worked. If we get screwed anymore it's our own fault for giving our business to FT.

bank wire:
req:2/14
app:2/16

returned to my account on 2/20. bank wire no longer an option.

asked them best course of action they said everything should be fine.

premium bank wire
req: 2/27
app: 2/28

status: ????, although premium bank wire is now also not an option for me

is there any consensus on what the best course of action is if/when the funds get back to my account? does anyone know if you can tell if the bank rejected the wire? it seems like the only option is wait till it gets returned and ask the magic 8 ball which cashout option to choose. Has anyone transferred funds to PS to cashout? opened up a new account at another bank?

You just have to let FT run its course and you'll your money...someday. In the meantime don't play FT. PS is the way to go.

Does anybody feel that the cash-out problems are directly related to the problem of the third party processors not being able to TAKE money from those scumbags who are maxing out knowing it won't cost them a dime? I am a small time player with $500 in his FTP account right now. Usually, I would cash out; however, with all these problems I've seen on this forum, I'm reluctant to make a move. Also, it's worth noting that I still have roughly $120 in uncleared deposits dating back to early November. Can I ask FTP to just take this out of the $500 in my FTP account? I am opening up a joint checking account with my wife by the end of the month, and feel as if I've given them plenty of time to get their money from my checking account.

yeah i made a similar post not too long ago in this thread. full tilt seemed to go 5 months taking deposits when they knew they weren't going through. at least pokerstars had disabled echecks at times when there were processor problems.

when you accuse them of stealing, you lose all credibility. this is not NVG.

I have been having the same problems as everyone else has been. My first withdrawal eventually bounced back and my second one had taken about two weeks when the site says it'll normally take 3-5 business days. But I checked my bank account today and it was in there processing. I mean, the withdrawal was for 1500 and they usually show up in full in my bank account and then Bank of America charges a $12 fee as a separate transaction, whereas this one showed up as a 1491.50 deposit. But, at this point, I can't complain. So check your accounts, maybe the clouds are lifting. All that being said, I am starting to put some money on pokerstars anyway and may still shift over there because Full Tilt has handled this horribly.
