I'm in the same situation. The email said that the wire would arrive on or AFTER March 7. Nice. Anyway, it's the 12th and nothing. I'm glad I don't rely on poker for a living.

Just emailed them and they told me the money would not be coming 3/14 as told, they sent me a email saying it was going to be 3/15 then i asked why it wasnt't 3/14 and they said it wasn't coming at all. I hate how they wanted to push me along like i was getting my funds and then at the last minute say they arent coming, at least this time they spilled the beans a day early

well, considering that 25% of the time FTP can't even send the correct form letter, i'm not surprised that the manager does not let the CS employees customize the emails

I can't even get anything accepted, mine keep coming back declined? does anyone have any suggestions I mean I have pulled out money 3 or 4 times and never had this issue before. Now their acting like my bank info isn't correct. do I have to just wait around until they get a new processor for my bank or should I switch banks to a credit union like I keep hearing on this thread?

I completely agree with this. Mine have not been going through. I did a 1k cashout on Feb 7 through bank transfer, they converted to wire, told me their was an issue and won't respond to me e-mails and I just did another wire this time that was instant approved on friday, waiting to see the deal with that. I'm more concerned that they fixed the problem and I can cash out consistently again. I depend on this money as I play for a living. So you said you have gotten yours quickly?

Also, does anyone think this could be a long term issue. I know it's a long term issue overall, but I was banking on this summer having no problems cashing out at least for the next six months or so. Pokerstars isn't having an issue, right? So someone calm my fears and tell me that this is a glitch.

yeah - i have no idea how people are getting there money out but i'm like 0 for 4 from wires the past 3 weeks.

I wish they would let us know there is a problem instead of waiting until the final day in teh timeframe and making us contact them when it doesnt go through. then they let us make more wires knowing they wont come in.

This is getting scary. When the transfers started not going through I figured if I have to pay for premimum I'll live with it. I'm waiting 3-8, never waited this long for premimum. Also waiting on 2 transfers from bout month ago.

Friend of mine had requested a wire Feb 11th, got approved 12th. FTP couldn't process and re-credited to his account March 7th.

this an indictment of FTP more than the CS representatives iyam

better hiring practices, better training...either way, it's still on them

Yeah I wish they could give me a time frame on my 2/23 cashout for when it'll return to my FTP account. On the bright side I did a bank xfer and got it in 3 business days.

req march 14th (3-14-11)

hopefully it comes this time. been trying to withdraw for the past 3 months now.

Wow..3+ months has to take the prize...unreal they never send it back to your account. I'm still waiting on my 2/4 and thought that was pretty bad.

still waiting on 2/1 and 2/16... both were converted to premium bank wire on 2/16 and 2/23, first time a premium wire has taken over 5 days for me... what are the odds the money is gonna be returned to my account?
