I requested they reverse any mgr hits and what the chances were I could now make a successful withdrawal. Here is the reply.

The reason that your withdrawals were not processed fully was the result of an issue with our third party processors. As a result of this issue, your funds were returned to your Full Tilt Poker account. Please be assured that we are hard at work with the processors to ensure that these issues are resolved and that they do not happen again. With regards to making a successful withdrawal, we are unable to determine if any withdrawal may be affected by any possible issue at any time, so we ask that you please feel free to make a withdrawal at any time convenient to yourself. If there are any future issues, please let us know and we will investigate and resolve the matter for you.

With regards to your MGR deduction query, I have forwarded this onto the relevant department for review and handling. Please be assured that as soon they have reviewed your case and informed us of the answer to your query, we will be in contact with you to provide you with an update.

We thank you for your understanding and your patience.

Kind Regards,

Antony

Like everybody else, I just had a "Premium Wire" from 2/12 returned to my FTP account. I'm still waiting on another premium wire, and a bank transfer, as well as the aforementioned check.

If one of these don't come through, I may think about trying the guy who is offering Paypal payments for FTP transfers with a 10% vig., or somebody else willing to transfer. Has anybody taken this guy up on his offer?

I'm getting downright desperate for cash (again), and I'm seriously considering trying to find another method to move most of my roll off of FTP for good.

The funds which I had requested to be withdrawn via premium bank wire on 2/23 appeared back into my ftp account yesterday, following the same e-mail other people received.

Just requested another premium bank wire withdrawal, which was immediately approved. I'll post if and when I receive the funds.

Mackerel don't do anything with anybody through PayPal. Start looking around this forum, there's alternatives. If you are in a pinch and need help PM me and I'll give you some ideas. I'm playing a lot of poker and am busy but will try and get to it asap if you do.

Requested/approved: 3/1
Not yet received

Always had great success in the past so hoping just a hiccup and not a processor issue - received 2 bank transfers that were requested/approved since 3/1 though...sigh

Well, I dont know about you folks, but this worries the crap out of me. As far as i'm concerned, all the money i've worked so hard to accumulate, all the time and heartbreak and stress - its all for nothing, its -PLAY MONEY- if we can't access the money and get it out. My recent bank wire did not go through, was returned to my account shortly after -I- had to e-mail FTP support about it, and I have tried again yesterday and will keep the forum informed.

Plus, i'm used to playing every day. Now, i'm sitting here wanting to play poker and make some money on FTP like i'm used to, but I honestly feel like whats the point? Why generate rake for them if I might not even be able to get the money.

I have asked this question before. Is this really a UIGEA problem or an FTP problem? I don't see any Pokerstars wire problem threads. Maybe it's just FTP that sucks. Anyone having problems on Pokerstars?

yes their processors went down at the same time FTP did...Stars just has done a little faster job of getting their wires working again

So does that make it a UIGEA problem or a feds problem or ...? What was the source and cause for this disruption in payments is what I think we'd all like to know, and is it going to happen again in the future (I assume so) and if yes - how often?

UIGEA/"fed problems" (the DOJ) are the same thing basically. Processors get shut down, new ones are scared to do business, some go rouge and make FT/PS eat the cash they stole.

Sigh. Had a wire and a xfer go thru lickety split at the very beginning of the month. Now I had a wire get returned to my account from 3/9 and I"m waiting on news of my wire that was requested 3/3, approved 3/5. Thankfully I keep plenty of money in my bank account to pay the bills. But, man I got 8k in limbo and another 9k I'd like to get off of ftp.

Is it a stupid idea to try and get another wire started or just wait until ppl seem to get their money?

welp, my 3/9 wire arrived this morning, less than 24 hours after requesting. so that's cool. but the 3/1 wire is still nowhere to be seen, which is not so cool.

I appreciate that a lot. I'm going to try to hold out until early next week to see if something makes it through. If nothing does, I will PM you. Thank you.

There isn't a longtime online poker player out there who hasn't waited at least a month or two for money at some point. It's extremely exasperating to see recent transactions go thru while you wait on yours from almost 4 weeks ago, for sure. But ultimately I think it's good that they're still working and succeeding at making the process work quickly (if only some of the time). Not ever getting answers is also annoying, but I have to admit, they're consistent -- you're hardly ever going to hear anything. Ultimately, not distributing any information might be for the best too (I hope).

This time is different. Processors have been dropping like flies since last October. At this point, I EXPECT to wait 4-8 weeks for most cashouts.
