Calm down... If you dont recieve your money, it's the processor or the Banks fault... You will get your money either in ur ftp acct, or they it will come. They will email you when they hear back from the processor, spamming them hourly with emails will not help.

It sucks to have money up in the air, but your money is safe!

No,

The government is doing their best in preventing sites from paying their customers. Your money may be safe on the sites, but if the US blocks all methods on transfering money to the players, is telling people that their money is safe really make any sense?

formula22,

You need to calm down! Which by me saying calm down will only get you more fired up.

When he says you money is safe, he means you will not lose the money. If the government siezes the money, guess what, FT will put the money back in your account. Yes its still not in your pocket but its better than it being gone.

So relax and if you can't then you need to stop playing poker online and that will solve this problem you have.

After not being able to get a cent off Full Tilt in the past few months, I contacted my rakeback provider to see how many fees have been charged to my account over these months. I have made probably 7 or 8 check withdraws and like 4 wire withdraws. All the checks either bounced or never showed up. All the wires have failed due to god knows what. All money has been refunded to my account so you think it would be all good...however, Full Tilt is still charging a MGR hit for all these failed withdraws. I have been charged almost $400 in "administrative costs" over the past few months...the same months I have received 0 from Full Tilt. Does anyone think this is right for them to still charge you for their issues at getting you your money?

2 questions:

If premium bank wires arrive internationally how do they not ask for a SWIFT code or w/e that is?

and

I opened an account at a credit union as some of the advice in here suggested, only to find out that they use an intermediary bank (one of the large ones) to receive intnl wires then it is sent to them. So i was told to put all the intermediary bank's info along with their info on any forms for intnl wires. There is no way ftp would get that correct, plus they don't have a place for all that info. Do all credit unions use intermediary banks like this or did i just pick a fail one to open an account at?

so are bank transfers pretty much pointless again right now?
I usually w/d with this option for fast turnover small transfers. If I have to pay for a bank wire I generally withdraw a much larger amount.

What is the turnover time lately with bank transfers?

Ok I've had 4 requested bank transfers that were later changed to bank wires by FTP. I get the email saying "blah blah blah we will wire the amount of "xxx" into your bank account and send $50 to your FTP account to cover any fees/hassles etc..." well every single bank wire that has come in has been $50 short as if they are taking the $50 out for the deposit into my FTP account. Has this happened to anyone else?

Correction...looks like I actually got hit with $56 in fees. My bank hadn't taken out their fee only the intermediary bank had when I first posted.

Banks charge for the wire transfers. Since FTP has to change your bank transfer to a wire they are covering the cost. FTP deposits money into your poker account to compensate for the money the banks took out.

I understand this. I have a separate line in my account for $15 that the bank took out of my account i assume for the wire charge. The amount is still $50 less than was it supposed to be deposited into my account.

why don't they just make the total 50$ more instead of crediting the ftp account?

if someone cashed out all their money or lost it all, now they have 50 bucks and are forced to play with it because they can't cash it out. seems kinda shady to me.

still wondering about this. Premium wires (which i'm only trying now cause the regular bank wire has been failing) only askes for routhing number and account number... if its international i would think they need a swift code?

OMG MY MOST RECENT WIRE REQUEST ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH, holy **** so happy. . .

req/approved 2/4 received within the last few hours today 2/8

this is after 4-5 failed bank wires. This time I just used the "premium bank wire" instead of the regular bank wire that i used all last year. Only difference is premium is 8k max and regular is 10k max... w/e... i didn't check fees or mgr hit or anything...i honestly don't care, too excited to actually turn ftp money into real $$
