Just an FYI-
The Banks know that the processors are from gambling sites. I was contacted from my bank and they listed off the names and told me that don't allow these wire transfers anymore as they are gambling related.

Yes 100% I even made a small $300 one with the transfer instead of wire just to see how much longer it took without fees.

I don't think I did anything special to get that option... I just looked at my cashier one day and it was there. Try emailing cashier at fulltiltpoker.com maybe?

Were the wiretransfers for sums of money up to $10,000? Or, what are the limits available?

I switched to paying for these about a month ago when the transfer method became too frusturating. I have made 4 wd's and have gotten them all in less than 48 hours.

Today they emailed me and asked for the transaction #'s. Should I be worried at this point?I kind of wish they would just cancel all my transactions and put the money back in my account at this point. Its very nerve racking when you have 5 figures in limbo.

if you want the $$$ back in ft acct i'm sure they will do that. I wouldn't be worried if I were you because these generally have been going through. Even if you look at the transfer thread those who are panic mode, like i've been, eventually get their dough. It's unfortunate that you are having troubles with premium wire. It appears you are in the minority experiencing diffuclties. Hope everything works out for ya. I'm sure it will tho paying for these and waiting is bs.

I have been waiting for my premium wire since December 19. I know it's hard to believe. They used to take one day only for me. I have emailed them a dozen times and they just won't do anything about it. I asked them to show me a receipt or proof that it was sent. This has been horrendous, waiting with no explanation. I am not playing there until I get my money.

I have had all these same letters sent to me that really didn't apply. I guess the 19th of December was just a bad day for wire transfers at Full Tilt. I doubt we will ever get that money, the way they are blowing us off. Meanwhile the bank transfer people all got a $50.00 credit because their transfers didn't go through.
Good luck us.

I am still waiting to receive a PREMIUM BANK WIRE for 2100 which was approved on the 19th. This is longer than anyone else I can find has been waiting for a PREMIUM BANK WIRE and I would not have cashed out in this method, paying the 50+ I get charged in fees doing so, if I had known I would not be receiving my cash out promptly. Please do not respond with a stock copy paste email. As a long time customer whom has paid your company thousands of dollars to play on your site I deserve better than that. Further more, allowing you to hold onto my funds and move them around as FTP does, I have a right to know where my money is.

Sincerely,
Jon

Hello Jon,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Please find below the details of your Premium Bank Wire withdrawal:

Amount: $2100
Transfer Reference:
Bank Account Number: ********
Date Approved: 19th December

Premium Bank Wire withdrawals can take up to seven business days to reach your bank account from the date of approval. If the funds are not credited to your bank account by Tuesday, please reply to this email to let us know. With the holiday season, banking days are affected. Therefore this most likely explains the slight delay you are experiencing.

Please note:

* Full Tilt Poker uses several third party payment processors. As a result the billing descriptor listed on your bank statement may be unfamiliar to you. Please check your bank statement carefully.

* the amount you receive for your Premium Bank Wire may be less than the actual amount of the withdrawal due to your bank and/or intermediary bank fees for this transaction.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We're always here to help.

Regards,

Your reply seems to imply that Tuesday would be the 7th banking day since approval. This is incorrect, it will be the 12th. Christmas fell on a Saturday and did not effect US banking during that work week, likewise for New Years. The holidays are NOT the reason for this delay......... The bogus excuse is very worrisome to me.

Hello Jonathan,

Thank you for your email.

Please note not all Premium Bank Wires originate in the US. As requested in our previous email please contact us again if you have not received these funds by next tuesday.

Thank you for your cooperation.

I was told to email again if i did not receive my money by today (which is now 16 days). I obviously have not received the expensive PREMIUM BANK WIRE today and now you are asking me to NOT contact you until NEXT Tuesday?, While giving me another lying through your teeth ******** excuse? **** YOU. I can not wait another week. Do not thank me for my cooperation. The lying and bull ******** me about bank holidays and wires originating out of the US as causes for my delay are unacceptable. I demand better than that. I am sure someone at full tilt poker has check book or checking account they can send me money.
