I am still waiting for a Bank Wire approved on 12/19 while today I received a bank transfer approved on 12/26.

Should I switch back to the free bank transfers instead of the 50ish or so bank wires again? Why can't fulltilt poker help their customers out with some information or at least advice on how to best cash out from their site? I now feel like I am doing more gambling when I choose my cash out option than when I am playing rush poker. The stock emails and secrecy from FTP about how they handle my money are so shady and make me feel very uncomfortable.

received today -48.62 from processor plus standard $13 bank fee. not the cheapest method ever, but working fast right now at the very least.

I've had a wire in process for 3+ weeks now.

I've emailed FTP daily for coming on a week now and am yet to receive a response.

It's kinda ridiculous how unprofessional Fulltilt is and how ****** they're treating me.

And It's kinda sad that it was easier to get email responses from Eurolinx when they were in the process of stealing money, then it is to hear back from FTP

I agree. I was approved December 19 and still have not received my premium wire transfer. It is getting ridiculous. Bounced checks after waiting a month, cancelled transfers and now this. No funds, and form letter replies that thank me for my patience. HA! Have no idea how to get my 1800 out of there. Really no idea. Anybody have any suggestions? Pokerstars is two days and free. This wire will cost me at least $80.00 which I am willing to pay if i could actually get the money.

Why doesn't full tilt add the $50 to the wire instead of to your account. It sucks making a transfer, having it converted to a wire and getting $64 less than that amount.

They are hoping you play with that extra money.... paying rake.

Did 2700 on the 26th , got it on 28th about 50$ in total fees.

I requested a premium wire for $1300.00 on the 19th. Still have not received it and very bad (non-existent) customer service. Finally they asked for a copy of my bank statement to prove that I didn't get it and I sent it to them several days ago and still have heard nothing. Does anybody here have any suggestions of what I can do to get the money, at least in my FT account or even better to my bank account.

Requested one 1/1, received 1/4, no fees. My bank says wires are free on their site and I have a student checking account. Last two times Ive gotten wires though I have been charged a fee. Maybe I just ran good this time?

I still have not received this amount, but did get the amount for $500 on 12/31. This is very odd.

Are you a blackcard member? If so, I suggest using them instead because their support is good as Pokerstars.

This is longer than anyone else I can find has been waiting for a PREMIUM BANK WIRE and I would not have cashed out in this method, paying the 50+ I get charged in fees doing so, if I had known I would not be receiving my cash out promptly. Please do not respond with a stock copy paste email. As a long time customer whom has paid your company thousands of dollars to play on your site I deserve better than that. Further more, allowing you to hold onto my funds and move them around as FTP does, I have a right to know where my money is.

Your reply seems to imply that Tuesday would be the 7th banking day since approval. This is incorrect, it will be the 12th. Christmas fell on a Saturday and did not effect US banking during that work week, likewise for New Years. The holidays are NOT the reason for this delay......... I was told to email again if i did not receive my money by today (which is now 16 days). I obviously have not received the expensive PREMIUM BANK WIRE today and now you are asking me to NOT contact you until NEXT Tuesday?, While giving me another lying through your teeth ******** excuse? **** YOU. I can not wait another week. Do not thank me for my cooperation. The lying and bull ******** me about bank holidays and wires originating out of the US as causes for my delay are unacceptable. I demand better than that. I am sure someone at full tilt poker has check book or checking account they can send me money.

Even if your bank doesn't charge you a fee, you can still get charged fees from intermediary banks.
