It's a flat fee, not a percentage. Why would you use bank wire for amounts under $1k when echecks take like 2 days and have no fees? I get that the option's there and says the min is $250, but jesus, you're person 8,437 to go "zomg they charged me $35-50 on my measly $500 wire, this is an outrage!" only you started this thread, were warned of the fees, and still went with it.

Making claims of what? Me telling what happened? You must excuse me for stating what happened to me personally, I realize you know more about my life.

What is unfair is the non-existent full disclosure to the guy who isn't a 2p2 or a 2p2 member who reads every thread on this website so that he can be all-knowledgeable like yourself. Fulltilt doesn't tell you what the fees will be nor does it give ballpark examples. When you go to email them about it they simply say, "yeah bro told you there'd be fees lol, also dude I have no idea which banks we use, if you have any questions I'll get back to you in a few weeks".

They do have a pop up that explains, for those that don't know how international wires work, that their may be fees charged by intermediary banks. I don't know what to say other then don't take my post personal, you'd be one of 1,000's that doesn't understand this.

Of corse there is no way of knowing how much exactly or if even you will be charged by these banks, there are too many variables. I didn't get my info from 2+2, I got it by googeling information on wires, intermediary banks, and the process its' self once I was warned by the pop up the first time I did my wire.

I've linked the BW thread, I've asked this thread to be merged so that more people can get the info they need, with out having to search for it. GL

I has $250! Time to cash out!

I am a premium customer, I know what option to use!

Too many words lol. Close!

Three days later...

Dear 2+2, FTP is steeling my money! Why can't they have a pop up or something to tell you my bank (or an intermediate bank) may charge a fee to process this bank wire???

Sorry I don't spend 23 hours a day reading 2+2 why don't you go get a girlfriend and move out of your parents' basement!

LMAO!

Yeah, I knew I was going to be charged with fees. I was just hoping it wouldn't be quite so high (esp vs. my cashout amount). I didn't think it was a percentage either. Was just saying that in my case, this method was a bad idea because the fees added up to 10% of my cashout.

Still, I have no option to cashout any other way. I want to try the echeck. But like I said before. I funded my account p2p transfer. I never made a deposit. Shall I just email support?

You should have checks available. If not it's because you need to verify your account to get checks. This just means you need to send in I.D., address proof, and a bank statement.

You can also trade funds for cash (PLEASE read up on it, there's methods you need to follow to assure you don't get scammed)http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...25&postcount=1 You can also use Gary's service http://www.garybenson.com.au/eng/about

Seriously man, just do a little research and you'll find ways to solve what ever problems you might be having. You learned the hard way with a wire, but had you researched that you would have known about the fees. From now on you guys will know to just research something a little, so that you're not surprised. BTW, no, it's not a flat rate and not a percentage of the WD. You can have the same fees assessed for a 20k wire that you would with a 1k wire.

anyway, good luck. If you need more options you can pm me for advice. There should be plenty offered by FTP in your cashier though. Checks are currently coming fast, and are super cheap (free really, unless you are an affiliate)

Looks like Ch@@see is no longer a valid banking option. That sucks.

req/approved 5/17
rec'd 5/19

rec'd about 50 less than my request amount, and had 12 more deducted b/c of std wire fee at my bank. I'm content. I just wouldnt use this method unless I'm trying to withdraw 4k+. When u factor in MGR etc etc it seems -EV to be withdrawing anything less than 1.5k unless you need the $$s immediately.

Although i've had 5k transfers hit my bank with more than 5k in the past.

Full Tilt has informed me that my wire was processed successfully and was not returned to them. That's good to hear - expect for the fact that it never showed up in my bank account which I've been using for 4 years or so to withdraw funds. They requested a screen shot of my bank statement showing all activity. This is going to be fun, I'm sure.

Requested - Late night 5/23
Approved - instantly
Received - 5/26 morning

It was for $3708.02 and I received $3672.02, so I guess I paid $36 in fees to someone. So that is like 0.97%.

% doesn't matter, the fee would have been $36 on a $200,000,000 wire
