Requested 12/8, still processing.

Usually it's approved within minutes. Anyone else have this happen before?

I emailed them about a week ago and got this response:

We have just been advised that there is an issue that has caused a delay
in the processing of our wire transfers.

We are still unsure of the extent of the delay and are waiting for
direction form our bank.

As soon as we have more information, we will get back to you.

We apologise for the delay

How concerned should I be?
Money received. It only took 3 weeks, meh.

Glad to see that you got your funds. This is around the same time I did my cash out which I have yet to recieve. Do you mind me asking what bank you use? Did you receive it this morning? Thanks.

Update on my situation:

11/24/09 Requested and approved
12/3/09 I email asking about status
12/7/09 FT response and money returned to FT account
12/7/09 Request new premium wire to different bank
12/8/09 Money in bank account

It seems that there was a problem with my banking account and that is why the transaction was declined. My other two successful premium wires were in my account the day after I requested them. In this case, it took 14 days before Full Tilt could tell me that the transaction was declined.

I think premium wires are awesome and I will continue to use them. That said, I do not have much confidence in the cashier support at Full Tilt. On two occasions it has taken them 4 days to respond to my emails. I suspect I only heard back today to an email because I contacted FTPSean yesterday (Thanks Sean).

I am hoping you guys can give me some info on my situation. This is the main part of the email received from FTP after my premium wire was declined:

We're contacting you in regards to your recent withdrawal request.

Unfortunately, your $x,xxx.xx Bank Transfer request from December 5ft was
returned by your banking institution because the transfer information was
invalid. The reason provided was: 'Unable to apply funds, incomplete originator
details'

Now, what exactly does the phrase "incomplete originator details" mean? Is this an issue regarding the routing number used by the bank being different than the one on a check? Or something else entirely? Any input from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

Still waiting for my premium wire from 11/21 of $3,927.00.

Has been over 15 business days and still nothing. Getting kind of worried.

Started talking to FTPSean regarding the issue. He said they are "investigating" the situation. He has been very quick with his responses and very kind in helping me out. Hopefully he can help me get this matter resolved before the holidays.

I heard that some banks are now requiring a special wire routing number rather than the routing number on checks. You should call your bank to verify if this is true.

I am wondering if this is the case in my situation, although it does not seem likely because they have not sent me an email like the one you recieved. *sigh*

Basically they take out 1300 in fees from a 40k wire. I'm awaiting their response but felt that this is so outrageous that it deserved its own thread.
