Req 2/7/11 (after a bank transfer request was made like a month prior it was changed to wire on this date)
EDA (estimated date arrival according to fulltilt) 3/7/11
rec ????
Update!!

todays date 4/6/11 *nearly 3 months after original bank transfer request- nothing!

This is BS! I'm emailing them tomorrow, I'm gonna ask if there's anything they can do to appease me, this 3mths BS is just not acceptable. You all are complaining about a month or like 3 weeks. Yeah, that sucks, I feel ya. But, how do you think I feel, reallly crappy yeah.

I feel you. I'm still waiting on one from 2/17. As far as emailing them and seeing if they can appease you in any way, good luck with that. First off, you won't hear back for a week, then, you'll finally hear back from them and they'll give you the same generic responses we always get, and lastly, appeasing, caring, or really even wanting to keep their players seems to be the lowest priority from them at this point

Wish I was part of that processor that they apparently figured out the issues with on friday/monday... a ton of missing wires showed up on those two days.. and of course I was not a part of it... my wife is probably going to divorce me if I don't get this money in the next couple weeks...

"I told you poker wasn't steady income.. blah blah blah blah" as bad as full tilts CS...

converted to wire on 2/23
got $50 added to ftp account for wire fees
bank transfer NOT wire finally arrives in full amount w/o any fees on 4/5

Well, I emailed support a moderately stern, but amicable inquiry. I'll let you know what they say as soon as I receive it. I made a point to note that 3 months was just unacceptable, and maybe my withdrawal should become a priority. Who knows where it will go. Probably no where.

Finally got mine today from 2/9. What a relief. Not cashing out on FT for a while that's for sure, I don't wanna have to deal with this again.

You can go ahead and remove the bold and underlined word.. it would make your last sentence much more accurate..

Thought I would post my recent experience with Gary Benson's Intercash service here since it's a decent alternative to FTP wires.

Transfered funds to GB and requested a wire Monday 4/4 at 1 pm
Transaction processed by GB and wire sent (less 3.5% commission and $25 wire fee) Monday 4/4 at 7 pm
Wire hits my account (processing) Tuesday 4/5
Bank's incoming wire fee ($12) assessed, and funds available for use Wednesday 4/6

In total that's a 3.5% commission and $37 in fees. Fairly steep, but that's not a terrible price to pay for having your money stress-free in 48 hours. I live in the US and withdraw to B0@.

so after requesting on 3/2 and getting returned in my FTP acct on 4/1, I requested another wire on 4/3 and just received today in bank!

Seems like they really might have these close to fixed. Hang in there guys that have been waiting forever. It seems like new transactions are going much smoother (much less complicated than working out the old ones....theyll get there soon enough imo)

Wait, so are bank wires up and running again or is it just not an option for me because I have less than $2500 in my account?

Gary Benson Intercash is a service based in Australia that helps players buy-in and cash out from various online poker rooms in exchange for a commission. Up until about September of 2010 they actually offered direct account to account transfers for B0@ account holders, so the only cost was the commission, and the turnaround time was less than 48 hours. That is no longer an option but the wire service is, for the same 3.5% commission, plus their wire fee of $25, plus whatever fee your bank charges on incoming wires.

I was a bit skeptical of this service when I first heard of it but have been extremely pleased with their customer service, and the dozen or so withdrawals I made all arrived in my account within three days max. For more see:

http://www.garybenson.com.au/eng/ser...ails/full_tilt

If you search "Gary Benson" here on 2+2 you will come up with a handful of other threads that mention the service.
