Was that your first email since you requested cashout polo? If so, that's terrible.

I waited over 2 weeks to send my first email asking where my money was. They responded with the standard "oh there's been delays, it will be there soon, if it doesn't show please send a bank statement" (with 100 rules how to send it correctly). I waited another 2 weeks for my bank statement to be generated before emailing them back with attachment.

I got responses FAST both times and i definitely think it helps not to hound them. I've read a lot of people posting about how their 150 emails don't get responded to. I have no sympathy for those...

i've sent them one email a week since it's been late. I'm black card so i always got my form letter responses quickly. my last email a few days ago got a non form letter reply, but they did not promise me anything, just were extra apologetic. but it looks like i recieved this payment last night. seems like there's been a rash of payments lately.

if they give us some moderate compensation, i won't hold a grudge over this.

Alright.. the two posts above me are both 3/15 req/app wires that hit their bank today. I have a 3/15 req/app wire.. so i'm going to call my bank right now to see if it is there yet... let's see... annnndddd... of course it's not in there.. GAH!! thought I had a shot this time...

Anyone know how a US player can get a withdrawal from FT? I've been using "Premium Bank Wire", but today, they told me that they can't send $ to that bank account (same one I've always used, bank name starts with cha). Some months ago Bank Transfer didn't work for me and now that method is "disabled" on my account.

Anyone else have this issue? Is check the only way to go? If so, how do I deposit the check? Won't it be declined by the bank? Can I use UsemyWallet (Whatever that is)?

Do I open an account at another bank?

Ohio, I think believing the money would come was the KEY.

Probably the best option is go to the p2p transfer thread and find someone that wants money on full tilt and has stars money and go that direction.. since the checks still seem to be bouncing with some regularity. How Full Tilt is still getting business is beyond me.

Not only am I still waiting on 3/15 wire.. but they are just now starting to take deposits out of my account from Nov-Feb... I made 10 deposits between 20-200 between Nov-Feb.. and over the last 2 weeks they have started taking them out.. starting with the most recent.. the 3 I made in Feb they have taken out.. and they just took one out today that I did in late Jan.. so for those of you that have some from nov, dec, and jan that still haven't been taken out.. looks like they will be coming out soon...

For my last 6 regular bank wires i have not had any charges and had instant approval.

Here is my summary:
2/8 Bank Transfer Approved
2/23 Reprocessed Premium bank wire on Feb 23
2/24 Credited $50 for delays
3/23 transaction has been reprocessed. "To ensure you receive your funds as soon as possible we have decided to wire the total withdrawal amount of $xxxx.xx direct to your bank account again."

Still nothing credited to my account

3/30 Submitted documents for approval of check withdrawals
No reply to that yet.

I guess I feel a bit better reading some of you have received money.

Was this a premium bank wire withdraw you have pending? I have one premium wire withdraw pending that is near identical of yours:

2/17: Premium Bank Wire Transfer Approved
3/8: Credited $50 for delays and original transfer credited back to my FT account
3/9: Attempted Premium Bank Wire Transfer again and got approval

I'm still waiting on my transfer as of 3/9. If it's not properly going into my bank account i hope it at least gets put back into my FT account, i don't like having a large (for me at least) withdraw sitting in limbo for a month and a half and counting....

I don't know. They reprocessed the bank transfer on 2/8 due to the imfamous 3rd party delays when I asked where my money was. The amount has been deducted from my account since 2/8 and never recredited. What's the difference between a bank transfer and premium bank wire?

Getting a direct answer from FT is impossible. Two months to get my money is insane.

Anyone know how long it takes to get approved for check withdrawals?

I've had problems in the past with this but nothing like it is at the moment.
All of 2010 I cashed out a regular bank wire for 3200 every friday, but my wire from December 10th never came. I've sent 25-30 emails since and they always give the same generic response that they have escalated my case and will figure it out shortly. I've had a few of the 2.5k max bank transfers work, then did another bank wire on March 10th for 4k, this also has yet to come along with the original 3200 from December. They've asked for pictures of my bank statements to prove I haven't gotten these (which I have provided every time), but now its time for taxes and with my latest bank transfer I'm short 10k and worried about cashing out anymore because my money is all in limbo. I asked them if they're prepared to pay any late fees incurred on taxes and they completely avoided the question. Any advice?
