Kind of worrisome that people requesting 3/21 and 3/23 are receiving.
Past history of 3 wires, all came within 2 days.

Wires and transfers are different. Transfer is like sending a check, wire us like sending cash. You can't really put a stop payment on cash.

Really dumbed down explanation.

Well, I'll be keeping you'll updated. I plan on emailing support again in 7 days if the funds don't go through by then. I'll let you know what they say.

Still not here

Ive emailed support over and over. Theres really nothing we can do except wait and spread the word of FTP's terrible support

they use multiple processors so maybe they got caught up in the same crappy processor

shockingly, today I got my wire. It started as a bank transfer on 2/4 and got converted to a wire on around 2/16. it was about $28 light and ftp gave me $50 back.

Wow! There's hope for some of us afterall, I'm really really praying they get me my 5k worth of wires soon, originally requested 2/19 and 2/22, 2/22 was sent back to my ftp account on 3/7 and re-wired that same day. I need this money in my life for so many different reasons...

I requested/got approved for a wire late Feb and then another in mid-March. Unless these guys are stupid enough to run the March wire through the same problematic processor, I don't think it's just one processor messing up.

req/approve 3/26 received 3/31. Did they recently increase the minimum amount required to cashout by wire? I don't remember it being $2500 before.

Several people here are tilting the hell out of me
1) FULL TILT WILL EVENTUALLY GET US OUR MONEY, IT IS NOT LOST AND THEY DID NOT STEAL IT
2) STOP SENDING FULL TILT 18,989 EMAILS A DAY. SEND 1 EMAIL PER PERSON, AND BE PATIENT FFS
3) WHY DOESNT ANYONE READ THE LAST 15 PAGES BEFORE POSTING THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER AGAIN

end rant/ you people are more tilting than full tilt customer service imo.
And fwiw I've been waiting since 2/19, but that is part of today's legal climate, and I am not upset in the least

Customer support for a poker site as bit as Full Tilt should be able to respond to an email within the same day; it should not take a week for them to respond. It's ridiculous. And it's also completely normal for people to be feeling unsure about their money when it's taking TWO MONTHS for a wire to come through along with very little correspondence from Full Tilt. A lot of have been patient for the past 4 years and are getting fed up with it (can't speak for everyone of course).

Also, not all of us have the time to read through 15 pages of a thread, especially if it's 100 posts per page. If you'd like to do that and update cliffs every few pages, feel free. But I am not going to spend an hour to read through 1500 posts, I'm sorry. I have more important things to do (GRIND ON THE MIND).

it's nice to see that ppl cashing out from march 20th onward dont seem to be having any issues.. but ffs why can't they do something to expedite the process for ppl who have now been waiting for their money for over a month?

Seriously, I get it that we need to be patient/legal climate is iffy etc etc.. but when full tilt's only means of communicating is via email and they say 5-7 business days, u don't believe we as customers have a right to be irritated when our money doesn't show up for extended periods of time and we receive no new information? I can't speak for New Jersey's economy, but I know that here in DC we need money to do things like pay rent and buy food, and having 5 thousand of my dollars locked up in no man's land for weeks on end with no access to it and no information about it is just a tiny bit frustrating. I'm sure others feel similarly.

You're right Norestep. Once it pases the threshold or reasonableness, at the very least, they should start sending automated emails or something once a week ensuring their players they haven't forgotten about their wire/money, and they're doing everything they can to make sure they receive it ASAP. Not saying this is the case, but when there's no money, no communication for almost 2 months, you almost start to feel like the next time you contact them they're going to go "what wire?"
