If you ordered a pizza to be delivered to your house and already paid for it by credit card and were told by the pizza shop that it would arrive in 30 minutes - what would you think if 3-4 hours went by and the pizza shop never delivered the pizza and never bothered to contact you to let you know that there was a problem? Then when you called to ask about it, they said, "Oh, yeah.... that. Rest assured your pizza is safe."

Yes it will, and I recommend HSBC. They let you convert your $ from HKD to any other currency at its current exchange rate + withdraw free of charge. As long as HKD is the median currency.

Ex. FTP > USD > HSBC = HKG > GBP > withdraw = GBP <<< OK

FTP > USD > HSBC = HKG > GBP >X USD
FTP > USD > HSBC = HKG > GBP > HKG > USD > withdraw = USD << OK

CNY & HKD has a better future then USD imo, might as well keep it in the bank as an appreciating currency.

Requested the withdrawal on 2/25, still haven't received anything. This morning I got a transfer for $77.36 or some odd amount from FTP. They didn't say what it was for - has anyone else received anything similar?

They just redeposited my wire from 2/27 into my FTP acct. This is better than it being lost in the void.

Kind of funny how I got here. Was looking up FTPSean and FTPDoug getting ready to send them PMs then stumbled upon this thread.

While its VERY VERY frustrating to not receive your funds in a timely fashion, or at least by the 15th business like they say, its somewhat understandable. The thing that's unacceptable is the time it takes to receive emails. It took them over 3 days to respond to my first email asking whats up with the bank wire. And I received that same generic email as others poster ^. Its just not right.

Did you ask them to do this or did they just do it for you? 2/27 sounds close to 3/1 so I'll keep my fingers crossed that they do the same for me.... and others obv. But mostly me.

Just had my bank wire credited back to my account from March 15th. However, that bank wire went through. At least I thought it did.

Req 2/7/11 (after a bank transfer request was made like a month prior it was changed to wire on this date)
EDA (estimated date arrival according to fulltilt) 3/7/11
rec ????
todays date 3/30/11 *nearly 2 months after original wire request

I emailed them on 3/20 and they said they expect I'll receive it in the "coming days"

Should I just continue to wait, or maybe put a stop payment or something on the wire, and request another one? I really don't know what my options are, but this seems to just be getting ridiculous. At some point it starts to feel like you're just not gonna get your money.
