I told them that while I would really enjoy "bearing with them" through this, there is "something else they can do for me", and that would be to return my money to my account ASAP so I can at least play Withdrawal Roulette again!

We don't know where you $$ is, but somehow its safe!!) waiting on another ftp wire.

in the meantime, my AP wire wasn't there this morning. i talk to their live help and get this timely response
Quote:
VIP: I will check
MRMANATEE: ok
VIP: It seems that there was a problem with the processor and your cashout could not be completed. Therefore, the money has been returned to your account and a $50 compensation was granted. Feel free to request a new cashout, we have a different processor now in order to avoid the problem from happening again
MRMANATEE: ok thank you
VIP: You are welcome
so, rather than 2 weeks and zero communication on ftp all i do is fire up the live help. it takes him 1 minute to look into the situation. he then tells me the truth and IMMEDIATELY puts the money back in my account with an extra $50.

Yeah, this has been my experience with AP/UB since 2007. Very good customer service. Much better than FTP and probably why I'd rather play there instead of FTP, at least until I get a 4 figure roll again where I can wait 4+ weeks for cashouts if necessary.

At this point I'm cutting way back on my FTP volume. Still some stuff I feel obligated to play as a backed tournament player but any sort of standard daily tournament I'm just going to skip from here on out and won't be playing a hand of cash/ single SNG on FTP unless the other sites become even worse in the future

Hey guys,

I have had the same problems as many other people here (withdrew in february to an account where I've made plenty of successful withdrawals, it never went thru, contacted them, was told I would get the money eventually and that other withdrawals would go through no problem, eventually had the withdraw bounced back to my ftp account and the second withdraw hasn't gone through in over a week and a half), but I understand there are people out there who aren't having any problems. So... I live in Boston, Massachusetts. Is there anyone here who would want to give me 2500 real, earthling dollars for 2650 Full Tilt dollars? I have a car and am willing to drive to you, and am willing to drive a decent distance outside of Boston too. The only thing you would have to do is get a cashier's check for the 2500 so that I don't have to worry about you giving me a check that might bounce or be fake or whatever. If you give me that, I will transfer the money to you on my computer right in front of you. Any takers? If yes, please e-mail me at jikriege@gmail.com and refer to this thread. I'll see if I can make it work with any of you. If you would do it, but think 6% is too small a vig, let me know what you would rather do, but keep in mind that if there are people willing to do it at that rate and you want more, I'll go with them.

I am also thinking of switching over to pokerstars. What's their reputation in terms of withdrawals?

Cool story from a company I've paid enough rake to that I probably could have a car instead by now.

God reading this thread is so depressing.

Req: 2/20
App: 2/20
Received: Was not received, was returned to my FTP account.

Req: 3/9
App: 3/9
Received: Still hasn't happened yet.

I would like my money. This is supremely irritating."

The best part is that their cancellation of the first bank wire is almost certainly going to hit your MGR. Awesome taking that MGR hit twice.

This is the only part I read. Stars has problems here and there, but it seems to me they have much fewer. Their threads don't get bumped nearly as much, probably because most don't have anything to complain about.

I dropped a few Fbombs in the email I sent, and was asked to not use profanity. I can't get the 10k+ that I want to cash out, and they are chastising me for using profanity? As an aside, one things bugs me above and beyond the money I'm waiting on. I've always been an apologist for online poker. When I play live, and people claim there is rampant cheating, or that the sites will never pay you, etc, I've always denied these things. I've always claimed (truthfully in the past) that it was much easier for an American to withdraw than deposit. It turns out I've been lying to all these people.

Wow, that's brutal.. I did a wire YESTERDAY.. and now when I click on withdrawal I get a pop up saying...

"Due to a problem with our third party processor, we are currently experiencing delays providing premium bank wires.

As a result, we have currently suspended this option. Please choose another withdrawal option. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused."

Sucks.. looks like i'll be waiting 6-8 weeks to get the money back in my account, then try another option.

Does anyone suspect that it's not a processor problem, and FTP is purposely limiting money being withdrawn from the site? There's been a lot of posters saying they deposited 1k-10k+ that has never been collected. There are many of us who's cash-out has been in limbo for almost 2 months-3months now. Are we being punished for FTP's irresponsibility of floating deposits for a 4 or 5 month period?

IMO all the backed up deposits goes to show is it really doesn't have anything to do with FTP... I don't know for sure.. to me it would be more disconcerting if the deposits were going right through and then you could never get your withdrawals.

Hi,

I am having issues with Full Tilt as well. I live in NY and use Citizens Bank. I made 4 deposits in Jan and Feb this year. None have cleared my account. I understand many people have had that same issue and that isn't really why I am posting.

I have been playing well and tried to make a withdrawal. My account balance is now 3x the total of all my deposits combined.

I got an email the next day after requesting the withdrawal, saying that it was declined and they needed ID verification. I understood this and sent the requested documents via email the same day. Also during this time my account was locked and I can not play or access the site at all with that username.

A few days later I got an email saying the received the documents but needed a more current bank statement. I sent it the same night. It has now been 5 more days, my account is still locked and I have heard nothing. I have emailed both the support and cashier depts. I have received no reasoning behind the account suspension or the withdrawal issue.

Any advice on getting to actually speak with someone in customer support? Anyone else have similar issues?

This sounds ridiculous. If you have the money to pay for your deposits in your account, there is no reason that you should be experiencing these kinds of delays. I would keep sending emails until you get a response. I mean don't overdo it, but I would send one a day until I could play again. I doubt you will ever be able to speak to customer support directly. Good luck.

I agree! Thanks for the reply. I would be happy if they just restored my account for now, and then work on the withdrawal problem. I have been sending 1 or 2 emails everyday stating this and get no response.
