I continually asked about some of my withdrawels just because they gave me no information, I am a blackcard member and now they will not respond to any of my emails, how unprofessional is this?

If you're doing a fairly large amount bank wire for the first time.. do they ask for ID and stuff to make the process even slower?

Been doing wires for a while now (just accepting the $30-$50 fees for the 2-day guarantee), including two successful wires back in late february.

Now I just got insta-declined, and twice. Cashed out successfully with a check though (and my last check came through fine).

Anyone else have this happen?

I'm still waiting on 2/9's Bank Transfer/Converted to Wire....Still have not received.

I tried another Premium Wire and I got instant declined. I have withdrew via this method before.

Have you emailed FTP to see what happened?

I'm still waiting on 2/16 bank transfer/converted to wire. At this point they refuse to deposit the money back into my account. Stars softwire sucks but at least they don't pull this shiot

Made a bank transfer withdrawal yesterday and the money is sitting in my account this morning. So stupid

yea, no ****. ftp is just the nut worst. they manage to excel at so many things and are just soooooooooo bad at customer support and communication.

i am currently waiting for a wire from AP as well and it had been 7 b-days so i just opened up the cashier hit 'live help' and talk to a rep who looks into the situation, tells me they have been processor delays but that everything looks fine and the money should be there tomorrow. says, if you don't get it to tomorrow just talk to us again. even if he is just blowing smoke up my ass, i at least know that i can talk to a human being within 30 seconds and get some answer at the minimum tomorrow rather than wait 2-4 days for a single, worthless e-mail response from someone at ftp that doesn't explain or help resolve anything at all. /rant

got the BS payment processors email today. **** you FT. IMO your worse than UB right now. I would rather play with a bunch of cheaters and be able to get my money in a timely fashion then deal with this BS.

I'm in a similar situation. My bank transfer was converted to a wire on 2/23.
They claimed it would arrive on of after March 7. Well it's still not here.
I emailed them 3 days ago about it... no response. I'm actually starting to
get angry.

Hey I can't complain too much as all but 1 of my transactions got to me in under 2 business days. But I can't run too good -- so 1 of the transactions has not reached me. I asked them about it after it didn't arrive in the standard 5-7 business days, then got the email they're aware of the problem.

For those of you who got their money back into their FTP fairly promptly, did u just wait for the money to show up? or did you specifically request to have the money put back into ur FTP account?

They do it automatically.

Sidenote- Are any methods working now? Like if you were to cash out today what is the best option, wire, transfer, or paper check?

3 out of 4 premium bank wire withdrawals were super quick. Losing about $50 per withdrawal kind of sux but wahtever.

honestly, i've been paying people 4-5% vig to get it money off for the past month which is annoying and im going to continue to do this now until things are sorted.

i just got an email saying my 2/28 premium bank wire is delayed. also still waiting on a 3/4 and 3/10 premium bank wire, which i got no update on.

except for Robert and Valerie I got the same exact email. I then asked them to give me a time frame as to when I would see my money and where I would see it (in FTP or in my bank acct). They had no idea on both.
