yea, no ****. ftp is just the nut worst. they manage to excel at so many things and are just soooooooooo bad at customer support and communication.
i am currently waiting for a wire from AP as well and it had been 7 b-days so i just opened up the cashier hit 'live help' and talk to a rep who looks into the situation, tells me they have been processor delays but that everything looks fine and the money should be there tomorrow. says, if you don't get it to tomorrow just talk to us again. even if he is just blowing smoke up my ass, i at least know that i can talk to a human being within 30 seconds and get some answer at the minimum tomorrow rather than wait 2-4 days for a single, worthless e-mail response from someone at ftp that doesn't explain or help resolve anything at all. /rant
