The last one of these I did took 5 days (3 business days) so I'm getting a little worried. Using Em and Tee.
update: Funds were returned to my FTP account with the following email.

I anticipate they may close my account as I continue trying to cash out so in that case could someone recommend me a bank that they've had no problems with if I need to open a new account?

apparently it's time to start checking post counts and waiting for confirmation from reliable posters
--------

this time I'm really in a bad spot because of this nonsense. ultimately that's my responsibility, but if I'm going to have to make a withdrawal using each method at the end of the month to ensure that I get some money (and tie up several grand at a time), then I might as well put that money to use elsewhere.

they can't give us any specifics about the transactions, fine, but they can tell us if our transaction went thru one of the processors having problems, can't they?

Not sure but I've noticed that the that had problems all seem to have been between like feb 12-19. Because after that they either got there money or a second attempt went through. This could be that they had a processor error during these times. Just a guess but looking at the posts it would make sense.

sorry, I missed that part.

your best bet, while potentially a PITA, is to use a local credit union. Switching to paper checks is also an option.

I have been using the same x/xf account since I was in high school and they have never given me any bs regarding e-gambling.

Mine was processed and approved Feb 11th. Still hasn't hit my bank account or refunded in my Full Tilt account.

i think it depends on your bank. But FTP seems to be kind of random as well.

Req: 1/28/10
Appr: 1/31/10
Rec: 2/2/10

Req 2/23/10
Appr: 2/26/10
Rec : ???

Hello,

Thank you for writing to Full Tilt Poker Support.

Unfortunately we have just been made aware of a delay in the processing of your Premium Bank Wire withdrawal. We are currently working with our processor to determine the nature and extent of this delay. We ask that you bear with us while we work to resolve this issue. Rest assured, your funds are safe. We understand the importance of receiving your funds in a timely manner and are constantly working with our processors to ensure delays like this do not occur in the future.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you for your patience. If there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to email us.

In all my experience with FTP

A) Their payments are inconsistent some are lightning fast and others are super slow
B) when you have problems it is pointless to ask what the problem is since their support is horrible
C) The best strategy is to ask to get your money back in your FTP and try to withdraw again.
D) they may have crappy support and have inconsistent withdrawals but they are honest and try to get you your money even if it takes too long.

I'm not sure where to post this but figure here is as good as place as any. I have never had a problem with the bank transfer option - always really fast. Now, out of the blue, my last bank transfer request was converted to a wire. Is this a sign that all future bank transfer requests will be converted to wires or not necessarily? Should I just start requesting wires from the start now? Is there a better withdrawal option that seems more consistent?

Thanks.

Anyone have any ideas? How fast is a check usually?

Using Mike & Tango bank. Never had a problem before been getting ~1 wire a month or so and usually get my money in 2-3 business days. Requested and approved 2/22 and still waiting. I'm guessing since dmkai had issues that this will wind up getting returned to my FTP account. During the same time period I did receive a wire from pokerstars.

Wow sheez, maybe wait more than an hour for a response...

It doesn't mean all your future xfers will be converted. I don't know when the last time you tried to use an xfer but if it hasn't been since October, then you might be in the same boat a lot of us are. Xfers don't work anymore for a bunch of people. Eventually they get converted to wires and you get them that way. But for some people, they work sometimes and not other times.

Definitely the most consistently reliable option is through a wire. You just pay a lot more in fees.

I would have said the same thing a few weeks ago, but now, who knows. As far as I can tell, ALL options suck right now.

I'm waiting on two wires. One was requested and approved 2/16 and the other 2/17 and neither has hit my account yet. : (

Same story as the rest:

Req/App: 2/23
Rec: Waiting

No email from FTP either as it's passed 7 days which they say... so IDK if I should email them or just wait.

Just curious, is PS having the same problems? Unless I'm missing something, I don't see a PS bank wires thread.

try to find a smaller/regional bank/credit union or whatever. And it'd be smart to find an institution that does not charge you for incoming wires!

I am new to forum..this is my first post..guess just need to vent. Requested $500 bank wire from FT month ago. After many emails back and forth I still get same template response from FT..how they are working with their processor 24/7 to get this resolved..blah..blah. Money is not in my FT account..not in my bank and not in my wallet. Guess lost in cyberspace. Has this been a common problem lately?
