they are doing the same thing to me!!!!! ive sent them my statement 4 times and they come up with some stupid excuse each time. i think about to post some of their emails. the last time they actually told me that it was showing the wrong dates when VERRRRRRRRRRY CLEEAAAARLY it had ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL the dates from the processing date up to now and everything was displayed correctly, i keep asking them to confirm that they can see that i havent received the deposit and they REFUUUUUUUUUUUUSe to even acknowledge that i asked that. EVERY TIME. ive wrote several emails with the documents asking for them to please confirm that everything is correct and that you can see i have no deposits from your processor. THEY WONT DO IT!!! ive been waiting almost two months!!!!!!!!!! i processed mine on jan 6th and everyday from a week after the 6th they keep saying theyre waiting on their processor. the last few emails have actually sounded like they want to say im lying about this or that my bank is the cause of the problem. this is the email 2 weeks after i sent my bank statement for the 3rd time.
