Got 2 bank wires within the last 3 weeks. Received both within 5 days. Neither had any money missing ($55 MGR hit each). It wasn't premium, just straight up wire.

Went to withdrawals and there was a popup saying 'premium bank wires no longer available in my location'. I live in the nw.

Anyone else get this?

So there's a fee fulltilt charges you and your bank charges you.

Not sure if you're asking or telling us. But there is no fee full tilt charges unless you have rakeback, and if so then you get a hefty hit to your MGR but nothing out of the wire. You get charged on your wire from the intermediary bank FTP uses to send the money to you, and then you might get charged by your own bank depending on their policies of accepting wires.

So after I emailed FT and asked them to NOT turn my failed bank transfer into a bank wire they said fine and then proceeded to still change it 5 days later lolol

I have a small local bank and the last time I did a wire they called me right away asking what it was for etc... This is why I didnt want FT doing this because I'm sure they are going to call again and the wire is for 9xx.00 Does anyone have any real suggestions on what to tell them this is for when they call... I asked Black card support myself and they said " Since legislation concerning online gaming is still being clarified, we recommend you use your own discretion when discussing this matter with your financial institution." Which means sorry buddy your on your own.

Hopefully someone here who has gone through this will give me a serious answer. Thanks.

I really don't understand why they take $40 out and then on top of that there is a $150 MGR hit, are they double charging?

one hell of an expensive wire, especially given how slow they are about it

You sure that it is not a $42.17 rakeback hit?

Ie. 42.17/.27 = 156.18 MGR hit which is what I have.

Total fees for this one were $37 out of the wire, plus $42 lost rakeback = $79 which is like 1%, but seems too high to me to lose 1% every time.

11/29 wire was returned to my FTP account. Processor said it was "returned by your banking institution because the transfer information was invalid."

How the FK is that possible when my info has been the same all year and i've had a ton of bank wires with no problems...

still waiting on 12/7 didn't ask ftp to check w/ processor yet for that one...

exact same thing happened to me this morning. I've done plenty of wires (tho admittedly this is the first one in awhile full tilt Debbie didn't process) and never had "wrong information"problems. Luckily generous full tilt gave me a hundred dollar wellness transfer for ****ing up my mid 5 figure transfer. How good is full tilt support?
