I am going to try to initiate another premium wire to that account as soon as the money is returned to my FT balance.

FWIW, the account with the problem is at Chase. They had accepted numerous premium wires, regular transfers, and checks from various poker sites before. But that account is no longer useful to me if Chase won't accept my cashouts. I guess I will just close it? What other banks have caused problems?
Same bank, same problem.

Need a new bank I guess. Sigh. Let's see how long my tiny cash reserves can last!

after i mentioned that she seem pleased and said okay thats what I was trying to figure out. she said that my accounts are in good standing but will continue to be monitored.

Would my best bet to just get checks and go to a local sketchy credit union?

Regular Bank Wire requested 4/11; deposited 4/13
Premium Bank Wire requested 4/11; deposited 4/14

Regular bank wire took out $12 from my bank, $20 from intermediary bank
Premium bank wire took out $12 from my bank, $47 from intermediary bank.

Also requested the premium wire first. So regular bank wire = cheaper and faster, this week at least.

most credit unions aren't sketchy. make sure they are insured by the gov't. credit unions usually are the best banks in town

I'm not sure if this is on the FTP side or on the Bank side, but I've recently had some of my bank wires bounced back to FTP. I also know a couple friends who've had this happen to them who happen to use the same bank as me (CHASE). Anyone else confirm this problem? either who banks with or not with chase?

I also bank with CHASE and here is the email I got from FTP:

"Unfortunately your bank will not accept Premium Bank Wire transactions and as a result this transaction has not been processed. Your withdrawal amount will be returned to your Full Tilt Poker account within the next 24 hours.

Please do not initiate another Premium Bank Wire withdrawal with these bank details. We recommend that you use Check as an alternative withdrawal option at this time.

We understand the importance of receiving your funds in a timely manner and apologize sincerely for this delay and for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please reply to this email for any clarification and assistance.

Sincerely,

Full Tilt Poker Support"

Edit: What I don't understand is I successfully withdrew using this method before to the same account so what has changed since then?

Could be because of this. http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...&postcount=741

Also going to ask that these wire threads get merged with the main one.

Rec'd a bank trxfer (not a prem wire) into my ch@se acct yesterday...

I just did my first cashout ever from ftp using premium bank wire and got it within 5 days...but I got charged $65 in fees.

$50 from whatever processor ftp was using and an additional $15 from my bank.

Is this normal?

Stars never charges me anything.

Since the Ch@se debacle was settled:

Requested and approved: 4/13
Cleared (other checking account): 4/16
(just cleared in the very early am--didn't know that could happen at this hour)

There is a different thread for bank transfers. This thead is for wires, they're a totally different thing.

It's completely normal. Most people average around $40 in fees when using the wire option. Depends on your bank and whatever intermediary processor that happens to be used. You also are probably taking a hit to your rakeback which you might not have noticed.

So wouldn't they look in the transfers thread for that info then, and not the wires thread?
