Yeah I did this immediately, I got a response saying that they apologize, my funds are safe, and they are waiting to hear from the processor.

Financially, I'm pretty much ****ed if this one stays up in the air for long. I'm not really sure what to do other than go on a super heater so I can afford to withdraw again.

Good bump. Everyone really needs to understand and use the right terminology. There's mass confusing all the time when bank xfers aren't working and someone says they just did a premium bank xfer and it was fine...etc.

It has been 14 business days (three weeks) and I am still waiting for my wire.

Does anyone know what is going on with FT? I of course can't get a straight answer out of support, they just keep assuring me they are investigating. Has this situation happened to others before? If so, what was the result?

Wish I jsut had my money in my account in 2 days like everyone else. I have used this service before and had no problems.

Ok, so Axis, suchsickaments, saymond, and myself are all waiting for very late premium wires, but others who requested theirs at the same time (and subsequently) had success.

I remember FT had issues awhile ago with the justice department seizing funds from their payment processors, but this seems different since it is so limited and there has been nothing in the news.

Has a similar situation ever happened before, where a group of players didn't receive their funds or any explanation for a long time? If so, how was it resolved?

I am getting quite worried...

What happened to your wire and why it hasn't been received. I know the delay sucks but I've yet to see anyone not be paid the money they were due. You might even get some extra for the trouble/your time.

Hang in there. These processors are not the most reliable businesses and they can either be shut down, or sometimes get cold feet and either stop processing or they can even run with the money. Either way both PS and FTP have always paid their players.

It's good news that FTP has written you saying they are aware of the issue and are investigating it. You may want to write them and ask them to put the funds in your FTP account and either try a different method or initiate another wire. They might ask you for a bank statement so they can verify that you never received these funds. If something happened with their processor then most of the time they will not even be able to have contact with them.

It might help both you and them to ship them a copy of your bank statement.

Well done, Full Tilt!

Strange, though - this was my second PBW in a few weeks; the last one came through with no fees (other than my bank's $15) while this one had $50 taken out. They both used the same processor and (near as I can tell) came from the same bank.

I have been emailing for updates regularly since the wire became more than 7 business days late and FT has asked me to send my bank statement on three separate occasions (which I did each time). I have also suggested they use a different payment processor or return the funds to my FT account and the email I posted yesterday was their reply (non-responsive as usual).

It is one thing for to have a problem with a payment processor, it is another give their players the run-around and keep them in the dark for weeks while they wait for large wires.

I have played at FT since they opened in 2004 and never had any problems, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that the problem is outside of their control. Nonetheless, I am very distressed by the situation and their lack of explanation.

Anyone have any theories or similar situations from the past?

I also have been on FTP since 2003 or 2004. I have never not been paid my money. So that is a positive. After sending in my bank statements I wrote an email 4 days later asking what the update with the processor was. They replied that they needed to have my bank statements sent in. I informed them that I already did that and to please check their records. I got this email this morning.

Hello XXXX,

Thank you for your email.

We have informed our processor that you have sent in a copy of your statement and that the transaction does not appear on it.

They are now investigating the matter with both their bank and yours and we would hope to resolve this matter soon.

Rest assured, we'll contact you as soon as we have more information regarding your funds.

Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.

I also just received this letter for both premium wires I initiated (one on 3/23 and one on 4/8). It is very annoying they took so long to tell me that my bank was the problem, as I have a second checking account with a different bank and can have the money sent there instead. I am going to try to initiate another premium wire to that account as soon as the money is returned to my FT balance.

FWIW, the account with the problem is at Chase. They had accepted numerous premium wires, regular transfers, and checks from various poker sites before. But that account is no longer useful to me if Chase won't accept my cashouts. I guess I will just close it? What other banks have caused problems?
