This is true and very irresponsible.
If they've severed ties with this processor and they know this is happening, they need to notify their customer base and advise closure of checking accounts.
When the initial wave of fraudulent charges went through, the excuse was a 'computer error'. But now we've seen them do this 2 and 3 times and even under a different name now.
