Then you should have paid better attention in classes, because every definition of Ponzi schemes I can find includes the business promising or paying returns on the investment, including one from the U.S government:

Maybe the rules are different for you, but I don't recall Full Tilt every promising me any amount of return, and I've always known that my income comes from other players, not Full Tilt.
Hell, for that matter, I've always known that money I deposited on full tilt wasn't going into any sort of investment fund, and that if I wanted to make money, not only would I have to beat other players at the games being offered, but I would have to do so at a rate exceeding the amount of $ that Full Tilt scrapes off the top.
Seriously, the fact that you have a masters in finance, and can even use the term "ponzi scheme" in reference to full tilt's business absolutely flabbergasts me. You should try to get a refund on your education.
