I wished you could convert points to cash without needing to clear it. Even right before BF I had trouble clearing the 5K Bonus I bought. Luckily everything I had not cleared is now converted back into points. Too bad I have no idea what to do with them except buying tournament tickets. And I hate tournaments

Is it normal for ftp to round your bet sizes or is it a bug? Playing 5/10 for example I could bet 30 or 35, but nothing in between.

If you get diamond status (which is likely if you have that many points, i.e. if you were black card member) you´ll be able to buy at the diamond store which means you get $2k instant cash for 460k points:

Cash in the diamond store needs to be cleared just like the old bonus. It is in one of Shyam's posts. Would have been nice if you did not have to clear it because on launch I will still have the highest status. My rolling black card average was still way above 500. Would love an instant 3k. That is more than I have in cash on the site.

Just checked the store, you´re right. You have 90 days to clear the 2k bonus, at a rate of $0.04 / point. That´s sad.

Micro rake is crazy high. Higher caps, higher %, worse rake back. Yikes.

4.5% vs 6.67%.

Can't see how they can justify making rake this much higher, I'll try grind a bonus then move back to stars.

It sure is dumb, but PS had this for years and still has it.
To make it worse their preset buttons don't work properly either, for example if you bet 75%*pot in a pot of 600 the bet will be 400 or if you bet pot in a 925 pot the bet will be 800.

Let's hope FTP -unlike PS- will target real poker players offering real poker.

few first things I noticed:

- Client ask to change current password, however I can only enter digits in the current password field, if I click cancel I'm logged in anyway.
- Lobby is not resizeable to the left or right, only up-down. I can't resize the tabs in the lobby either [table] [stakes] [type] etc.
- It seems my account balance misses the pending $ withdrawal that did not came through prior to the blackout.

Will post more observations after playing more.

Does anyone have an idea if security@fulltiltpoker.com is still manned? I lost my damn ipod and I don't have my key anymore so I can't log on. I sent everything they requested yesterday afternoon but still no answer from them. Anyone get a reply from them?

I could probably manage to find someone with an ipod/iphone to try and reinstall the key, I still have all the emails and instructions. Does anyone know if it can be reinstalled like that? I'd install it on my android if I could but I think the instructions I have are all about iphone/ipod. Has anyone been able to recover their key by reinstalling it recently somehow?
