Hi all,

Today's update is now available and the game is live. The Cashier and My Promotions should be functional shortly.

In the update:

A. Re-Entry Tournaments - If you bust from a re-entry tournament while late registration is still going and haven't reached that tournament's maximum number of entries, you can re-enter the tournament as a brand new player. Many of our biggest guarantees (The $500,000 Guarantee, various FTOPS events) that used to be Multi-Entry Tournaments will become Re-Entry. The first $500K with the change will be a week from this Sunday.

B. Ticket Balance Dialog Improvements - The Ticket Balance dialog (which you can get to from the Cashier in the Tickets section or from the "Requests->Check my Ticket Balance" option) has been completely revamped to allow you to easily see everything that you can use your tickets in. Click on a Ring Game ticket and see a list of Ring Games you can use it in. Click on a Tournament Ticket and see all of the tournaments/SNGs it can be used in.

C. 'Plrs/Flop', 'Plr/Drw' and 'Plr/4th' is now 'Active' - Instead of calculating what percentage of players are seeing the flop (or 2nd draw in Draw, or 4th Street in Stud) on average, this column now calculates the average percentage of players voluntarily putting money into the pot each hand.

D. Automatically Decline Rematch Requests - You can now opt to automatically decline any rematch requests after a Heads-Up SNG instead of seeing the Rematch dialog. You can find the option under "Options->Table Options->Gameplay Settings..."

Some questions from the previous thread:

1. Will FTP ever add the feature that PokerStars has where tables automatically get closed when the player reaches the bb when "Sit out next bb" is checked?

- Yes, that feature is on the list. I'm not sure when we'll get to it, but it'll happen.

2. Will you please address the issue of Iron Man Medals for US players?

- First, I'd like to apologize for the confusion around this issue. Much of it was my fault when I initially posted that all FTP issues had already been taken care of for US players. I was simply wrong when I said that. As Heath has confirmed in the other thread, the decision to not convert Iron Man Medals or Academy Credits into FTPs for former US players who have since relocated has been reversed. If (and only if) you have relocated and are once again able to play on Full Tilt, we will be converting your Medals and Credits into FTPs which you will be free to use as normal. We can't adjust any balances of US players that have not relocated. I hope this clears the issue up and once again I apologize for the confusion.

3. Do I get a reload bonus if I transfer funds from PokerStars?

- I don't have an answer to your specific question, but in general transfers from PokerStars to FTP count as a regular deposit. For example, the First Time Deposit Bonus is activated on a transfer (assuming it's actually the first deposit you've made).

4. How about removing the "Stand Up" button at the tables?

- We don't have any plans to do this at the moment.

5. Any chance you could look into you Step SNGs please? Maybe make Step 6 the final step? It's just that Step 7 don't seem to run and there are no scheduled tournaments I can use a Step 7 ticket for.

- There are no plans to make Step 6 the final step, but you can use your Step 7 ticket for the FTOPS Two Day event if you can't find an opportunity to use it in an actual Step 7 SNG. We'll look into possible other ways to use the tickets (or, even better, get enough people to have Step 7 tickets so the SNGs start more often).

6. Any ETA for fulltiltpoker.eu?

- The groundwork is in this very release. We expect to begin rolling .eu out over the next few weeks.

7. Are there any plans for a mobile version? Is it something that we will see this year?

- Yes and hopefully. That's certainly the plan.

Will EU version of FullTilt be available to the european players which currently can't play, like those in Denmark, for example?

For the Sunday 500k, Will rake be charged for the re-entry or will it just be $200?

Of course, the rake will be charged. That's the whole point of the multi-entry in the first place, and this new thing.

Are you talking about the 1,1$ ME ROD ? It seems like they superturbo step 0 to 1 now . Those were the only ones who filled up quickly 24/7 and made it somewhat worthwhile for me to grind between 11pm-2pm .

Also , why arnt there any tickets for MTTSNGoes lower then 26$ in the shop and why cant I use the a step 1 ticket for the 3,3$ 90man KO ?

As much as I love the software and wanting to support tilt in general , if voulume and games are keep changing to my disadvantige I wont see any other option then taking my action elswere #verymad

Please on the next update fix the time banks (so that it starts without having to click it, like stars does) as I time out way more than id like when playing a bunch of tables, im sure many others have the same problem.

Also please incorporate tiling and cascading to work with both stars and tilt at the same time, this would be a huge help to mtt grinders!

Any idea when the cashier will be working?
Since i updated ive not been able to deposit/withdraw or view my transaction history.

We're looking into the issues some players are having with the store and cashier (and registering for country specific freerolls). I don't have an ETA for when it will all be resolved, but it's actively being worked on.

Think you mentioned in the relaunch thread that Black Card might be coming back, do you have any news on this?.

FTP has nothing to do with US players not getting their funds. Stop voting for parties worse than NSDAP and you might get it back.
