Now I don't know how are your experiences with the new FTP support but for me it has been quite a bad one so far.

The response delays are quite big 2-3-4 days but thats expected because of the fres relaunch and stuff. What more concerns me is this case which goes on for me a since a week already.
I accidentally pressed checkout while having 4x 10$ ring game tickets in my cart and the unwanted purchase was made. (yeah thats my side of the ******edness) Now after that I emailed support right away and didnt touch the tickets hoping to get a rollback because I play SNGs and wouldn't use them anyway.

So basically the support removed the 4x ring game tickets and gave me the price of 1 ticket... I mean come on how hard is to multiply by 4?
After that i emailed them back again, right away but they didn't respond so far. It has been since 6 days now and no answer whatsoever.
If you guys have any tips regarding what else I could do I'd like to hear them.

I opened this thread to possibly find a sollution to my problem or to get some general FTP support discussion going. Improve the quality with the feedback perhaps?

I am pretty sure they are totally overworked. I think u just have to be patient.

I have waited 4 days for a response one time, but all my questions and issues have always been resolved well.

I would just deposit again and write a really good email explaining exactly what happened and make it super easy for one guy to understand right away what the issue is from your email.

So they can resolve it quickly. If you had 100 things to do, would you solve the easy problems first?

There are so many that have problems and with the new site up and everyone trying to play all at once again there is no way could have prepared for that.

Think about they must have like 5 times as much work, they can't just hire 5 helpdeskst. We read that stars support all of a sudden sucks too. So I am sure they are trying to do everything they can.

I would be patient and try to help them as much as you can.

Its just a few FTPs. Prolly not on top of their list. I tried to adjust my edge program they took 4 days to answer. When I sent in my docs to verify my account it took em 24h.

Hopefully Stars realizes how incompetent the FT customer service team is sooner rather than later and revamps it with indivuals who can both write AND read.

I even BOLD and underline things and they still don't read the damn emails I send them. I have sent 6 now, all asking the same thing and they just send a generic response. I just need my Midyear bonus...ugh.

Amusing how deluded people are by image. It's the same support team for both sites. As people who actually have used Stars support in the past say 1.5 years have noticed, they excel at writing poems for people to post on 2+2 and rave about but often lack a bit when it actually comes to providing customer support for nontrivial issues. The only guaranteed way to get a reasonable response in a decent time frame is to post your issue on 2+2 so one of the guys here can escalate it above the riff raff using the proper channels.

I've found the best way to get your questions answered is to only ask 1 question per email. I find Stars has become way to "form email" happy and if you ask 2 questions in the same email often only 1 can be answered by the form email.
