I have read through the whole thread and I wish to add to it.

Firstly, for OP, removing your funds from the account was wrong. I do however agree with calling the bank and telling them that
I feel I have made a purchase and my funds may be taken and I may not receive what I am paying for. If they allow a stop to the
E payment then I would do it. I understand this would result in me never being allowed to play on Full Tilt ever again but I would be
happy with that outcome as I would not want to play somewhere where one day my money can be "seized" and I have no reason why.

The issue I have is the account being locked without any word of why. It is alarming to read that people think the OP should have
known that Full Tilt has crappy customer service, so he is in the wrong for not waiting longer for a response from Full Tilt. (I am
assuming he checked his spam folder.)

I see time and time again people posting that Full Tilt has a system that runs security checks on your account automatically and
locks the account for "review" in the process. Why can they not also send an automated email to the account holder informing
them that this has happened?

I would not try and put a stop to the E payment if my account was locked and I received an email saying my account is closed
for review AND I will not be charged the in this case $300 to my account if my account will remain closed. Without something
like this, I would be alarmed that If I just as some of you suggest waited for them to get around to contacting me, they may
by then have charged the $300 from my bank account.

Op got flamed for obvious reasons, when you make a post like this people will respond in kind to how you conduct yourself.
You came across right away as an irrational person willing to break the law and then defend doing so because what you
were trying to do was illegal in the first place. (Play online poker.) If you come across as honest, and divulge as much
information as you can from the get go, you will see by sifting through the many FTP stole from me threads, that those
who do this not only get more kind responses than flames, they get help and have it sorted out with an answer.

***EDIT: Gold star for me not realizing it was Feb of Last years thread. But my point is still valid.

Does anyone think the FT CS has improved? I haven't had a whole lot of dealings with them, but I usually get a response in two days. I'm a rec micro player so I'm not all that important to them, but I still get responses. Yeah, 2 days isn't fast, but it's better than a lot of what I've read.

My story.

A close family member wanted to start playing poker. We are on the same internet network at home. I sent FT an email asking if that´s ok. No problem was the response, as long as we didn´t play at the same time.

No problem I thought. My relative opened up an FT account and deposited $600 to get maximum first time deposit bonus. Directly after this deposit from her credit card, her account was frozen. She has no experience of poker and was of course worried. In my family, $600 is a decent amount of money and she didn´t understand what se had done wrong.

This was a week ago. She has sent FT about 5 emails asking them about what happened and she hasn´t got a single response.

One day or so after, I tried to login to my account. That one was frozen aswell.

I sent FT an email asking them what they were doing and I also sent them a copy of our previous email conversation. No reply at all.

I still don´t understand what I or my relative was doing wrong, the only thing I know is that FT stole her $600. Luckily for me, I had couple of weeks earlier withdrawn a large amount of my bankroll.

I feel guilty for recommending her to start playing at FT..

Holy CR@P I didn't realize this thread went so long. I would never have even remembered this thread if I didn't get a PM from a FTP CS rep (I believe?)

Either both of my accounts were closed and I now play at UltimateBet with no problems what-so-ever.

I don't think any money ever changed hands in this situation with FTP so all is well for them.

Welp we can finally put this thread to rest I guess

FTP customer support has got worse IMO
i do not receive automated responses anymore saying my emails have been recieved and are being looked into
response times take longer than usual, my questions aren't correctly answered so have to reply again and again
btw OP the only time u should have more than 1account is if Full Tilt deem your username unacceptable and request you give a new screenname which is what happend to me otherwise your multi accounting which gives you an opportunity at a second deposit bonus so i'm guessing you made atleast 300$ through that anyway
