Ok here's the deal, I deposited $300 yesterday and my account has been locked. I can't play ring games, tourneys, or even chat. I have been locked from doing everything. I emailed support@fulltiltpoker.com 7 times and they won't answer me. I accidently emailed them from my other email address and they responded withint 20 mins. But when I resent the email on the email address I signed up with on FTP they haven't responded. 7 times!!!! What should I do?

So far I have called BOA and told them not to allow a E-check to be cashed on my account. I also removed all of my funds from my account. If they don't let me do anything I will transfer this money to someone if I can for a discounted price

Good idea. They don't respond in 24 hours so you commit fraud.

You will now have fees from BoA to pay for.

My suggestion.... put the $300 back in your account. And wait for a response from FTP support. They are kind of slow but they'll get back to you. Emailing 7 times doesn't make the response come any faster - Especially if the tone was the same as your OP.

Fraud my ass. First online gaming is illegal so there can't be fraud for an illegal activity. It's not my fault they LET me put money in that I CANT use. So I told them to take the money back from my account or let me use it. Their fault they don't have a phone number. FTP = Scum Bags

How did you remove the funds from your account if it's frozen? I'm assuming you meant bank account? Seems like a petty move on your part and is fraud.

Writing checks (or echecks) for funds you know you don't have is fraud.

No, it's not.

Even if you are in one of the handful of States where online poker is illegal, when you make a deposit or cash out from a poker site you aren't doing a transaction directly with the site. Your transaction is with a middle man (payment processor). The payment processor's relationship with you is completely legit and if they want to come after you for fraud or ding your credit report, they will.

Which likely explains why your account was frozen in the first place.

The fact that you see nothing wrong with what they are doing is really scary. First off this is a company working offshore and they can do whatever they want because there is no one to step in and regulate. When they allow you to deposit but don't allow you to use your money then there's something wrong there. I just want to be allowed to use my money you guys are SPEDs seriously.

Ok I have been playing on Full Tilt for 4 or 5 years no problems except for some belligerent speech on the chat. I agree with the disabling of my chat, but a complete lock has never happened before. What really pisses me off is that they answered my email almost immediately under the wrong email address but under the right email address it's like I never sent it at all.

No one is saying FTP is in the right. But they are saying that you're not in the right either.

My original account I opened on FTP was different then the one I use now but it has been closed for like 2 or 3 years the username and password don't even work, but it was registered to the email I use now. It's just wicked annoying that they have customer service, but no one will respond to you. I mean I am willing to cooperate, but this is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Small Businesses on Ebay do a better job then these clowns do

They can lock it whenever they want. Check their TOS, they can easily lock or close it if you broke their rules.

Usually the user does something to initiate it, like withdraw, etc.
