Even though everyone else has already told you the same thing (you clearly have a reading comprehension problem), I will say it again. They think you've been multi-accounting and are breaking rules because you log into your account from computers where other people log in as well, and you share an internet connection with these people. I had to verify both my and my step-dad's identities 6 years ago because we played in the same house ONE TIME. This is standard practice to ensure you are not cheating. Deal with it.

Americans made up ~40% of Full Tilt's business. You think one guy in Canada with $20 in his account is a priority when these people are being charged with $3 BILLION worth of money laundering and bank fraud? These guys are facing 60 some-odd years in prison, dude, PRISON, not to mention the tens-to-hundreds of millions this legal battle is going to cost, and you can't take a second to see that you don't matter at all right now? If Canadians made up the other 60% of FTP's business you
might have an argument, but it's nowhere close to that. Basically, FTP doesn't, and shouldn't, give a **** at this time.
But it's not just about current climate. FTP wants access to the US market if/when it becomes fully regulated. I've seen estimates that the US poker industry alone, when expressly legalized, regulated and taxed, will quadruple in size in the next 10 years. Do you have any idea how much money that is? I have no idea what the sites would be taxed but what they have to give up in this litigation and what they'll pay in US taxes over the next decade is pocket change compared to how much they are going to be able to rake in, so to speak. Clearly their attention should be focused on the big issue here, no?
Idk what to tell you if you seriously think that people paying $100 in rake/month deserve priority customer service over those that a) pay 20 times in one day what you rake in one month and b) have likely been doing so for much longer than you've even had an account at Full Tilt. People are losing their homes, their lives have been completely flipped upside down over this, and you're seriously pissed because you can't access your $20? GTFO with that.
I can understand a little frustration, but it's jackasses like you that take up all the time of FTP's already-incompetent support because of **** like this. There is a lot more going on than you've chosen to look at, so, with all due respect, you deserve to have your account locked for being an idiot. I feel for you, and it sucks, but you need to face this fact: There are more important things to deal with and more important people than you.
