Will the DOJ civil suit go away if FTP fully complies with the DOJ agreement? Is this why an investor is willing to buy the company?

OP,
You should clarify which of your answers are speculative/based on rumors amongst staff and which you actually know for sure.

Even if this in a genuine employee of Full Tilt, I doubt he/she will be able to answer any of the questions most people really want/need the answers to.

Is there a person other than R.Bitar who is the MLRO?

Assuming you are correct about a Euro Investor deal being done, what % of ownership goes with such a deal? and what arrangement was made with the DOJ, with respect to the civil and the criminal complaints.

Are the new investors preparing to re-enter the U.S. market either before legislation or after?

Must be nice to not have to worry about your $50 tied up on FTP and post stupid remarks like this and the previous one.

This is a ruse to trot out the it-was-all-Bitar-on-his-own nonsense.

FTP has previously claimed that paying back US players was the top priority. In your opinion was that statement factual when it was made?

I'll go out on a limb and say your position does not allow you inside information about who owns what % of the company. But, I would like to know how many names that we would recognize have journeyed to your Ireland offices this week to meet about the possible investors? I fyou can say who they are, pls do so.

since i have done business with fulltilt, ray and howard, i can ask you two questions that as an insider (who is high up) you'd know.

1. what global law firm represents fulltilt, tiltware, and pocket kings, and their washington dc office also served as their lobbyist?

2. you outside general counsel is based in california. i don't want him harassed because i think he was as surprised as anyone at the events. what is his first name (he was chris's lawyer for years while he helped developed the software)?
