No question, just advice.

If and when FTP or a re-branded version are back in action do everything in your power to top Pokerstars in customer service.

Handle transactions faster, answer emails quicker etc. Put Pokerstars and their lame second rate software and horrible player rewards programs out of business like they deserve.

FTP software is 2nd to none. Poor customer service is killing you guys, geeez get your act together please.
