FTP has security token - Page 24 - Internet Poker

Ordered mine Nov. 3 and still waiting. I sent an email to tilt a few weeks ago about the status of the shipment and they told me that they shipped it on Dec. 18. Not sure where its being shipped from but im hoping this week it will show up. It took 4 days to get my stars token. What a bloody joke... Live in Toronto btw

can someone explain to me how the mobile application works? Do you just download it on your phone? Do you receive an actually physical token as well? I am thinking the mobile application would be better

I ordereder 3rd of Nov, got 30th Dec. Finland.

What annoys me is I can't use the PIN anymore. I want to use both. Why either or?

One-time password sheet would be nice too.

What happens when the battery runs out? RSA token has an end-date at 2014, this one doesn't have an end date at all.

You can use your iPod touch or/ and iPhone. But upgrade it to the latest firmware. You don't need a plan whatsoever as long as the device has WLAN access.

have you guys seen the security key they have in the store? only 5k ft points for the key chain thing or 3k for just the phone app. think its worth it?

Hey all,

My FTP security token has been frozen with the same number on the screen for awhile, and it doesn't go away or change if I push the button. Before I email Full Tilt and start the account verification process, was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if there was a fix.

I purchased 2 mobile apps. The mobile id/password you get by email were the same in both. I don't have an extra phone to test this but is it possible that I wasted points in buying the second? if somebody has bought one, you could try registering another phone with the same id/pass.

I just received my security key in the mail, but the box that it arrived in was damaged and partially opened. The security key seems to be fine, but was there supposed to be anything else in the box besides the security key? Like papers, or instructions of anything? I just want to make sure that I received everything that Im supposed to and nothing is missing because it is obviously a matter of security.

I obv emailed FTP right away but have not received a reply from them and its been 2 days...surprise surprise......So any help from someone else that received there's would be much appreciated! thanks
