can you use the ftp security token on your account if it was ordered from a different one?

im in the us and ordered it on day 1, still nothing. they really do mean 4-6 weeks if you ordered it on the 3rd i believe? hopefully comes soon tho

yes, you can use both at the same time. you can also have 2 physical tokens at the same time in case you lose one.

shouldnt they be giving these out for free instead of charging customers even more money just to keep their money secure.

They are way cheaper than the tokens from PokerStars - does any1 complain there? I don't think so.

It's totally up to you if you want to protect the money in your account. If you think you don't need to, don't order one.

my online brokerage doesn't have this feature (for me at least) and i have over 50K in my account. both tilt and stars are ahead of the curve on this one and it is to be commended imo. stars a bit moreso i guess but its all good...

Ordered the one for your phone, and the real one as a backup.

The one on my phone keeps telling me authentication failed, when I try to enter my Mobile ID. Bleh.

I got the mobile app up and running on my iPod touch.

However, I don't really understand how it works. Unlike the stars RSA token, I can generate several new codes in a matter of seconds, and any of them work for my login. Here's an example to explain better:

I just generated 15 unique codes in ~10 seconds. I wrote down the 16th one-time password and quickly generated 5 more codes. I typed in the 16th password into the FullTilt client, and it worked.

So presumably any of the 20 passwords I generated would've worked? Their servers have no idea what my phone is doing, so it seems like there could be hundreds if not more codes that are valid at any given moment. I feel like I'm missing something, but I don't know what it is.

Did anyone who ordered their token from the Iron Man store actually receive any kind of order confirmation? I ordered mine the day they were announced and have just been assuming it will come.

No confirmation. You can email the store and they'll confirm it for ya, but if you ordered it, you'll get it. But would be nice if you received a confirmation like the regular store.

it looks like fulltilt stores 20 passwords ahead or so, so the app is not out of sync as fast if properly used.
i'm pretty sure that if you do that to often and don't sync, it won't work anymore.
maybe worth a try for 50+ pws. if it's still working then, i don't really like it that much anymore... imho only ONE pin should work at the time and it shouldn't be possible to generate several passwords within 30 seconds. if the SW is out of sync, it's not that difficult to sync the app again.

I got my security token in the mail today and it won't activate. I put the serial in, it asks me for a code, that one doesn't work so I wait 30 seconds like it tells me to, and that one doesn't work either.

What delivery service brought it? Did it require a signature?

Any news on getting compatibility with the Droid?

It looks like it's working on my custom moduca 2.6 rom (which includes android 1.5) but not on the custom moduca 2.8 rom. and also not on the official android 2.0.
